Experience the epitome of comfort and convenience in our spacious short-term rental home, ideal for families or working crews.

Unwind in the inviting living room furnished with a comfortable 6-person ''L'' couch, perfect for relaxation. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 50'' Smart TV (please use your own login for Hulu and Netflix), while two ceiling fans and central A/C ensure a comfortable environment. Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 2-door fridge, electric oven, 4 gas stove cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find everything you need for meal preparation, from a coffee maker to a toaster. The wooden table provides seating for six, creating a cozy dining experience. Take advantage of the washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided for your convenience.

The master bedroom features four twin beds adorned with fresh linen and mattress protectors, along with comforters for added comfort. Central A/C and windows allow for a pleasant atmosphere.

The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, central A/C, fresh linens, a mattress protector, and a window with blinds for natural light.

The third bedroom boasts a king-sized bed (which consists of 2 twins with a connector and king sheets), a ceiling fan, central A/C, a nightstand, and locked glass doors leading to the front yard. Fresh linens, mattress protectors, and comforters ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a Jacuzzi , complemented by excellent hot water pressure. The bathrooms also includes a shower, bath, and personal towels provided per person, a single vanity, and hand soap.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

Good stay, could be stepped up to make it great.

Comfortable home, very quiet neighborhood, very clean. I would stay here again. Beds for 6 (as advertised) but dining room only had 5 chairs, and living room only comfortably seated 4. This was frustrating for our group of 6. One-ply toilet paper, generic laundry soap, and flat pillows made it feel utilitarian. A little extra effort could make the place much more inviting and comfortable.

Just ok

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The shower curtain was covered with mold and soap scum and the shower and sinks weren’t very clean. The rest of the place was pretty much as described but it is a lot more run down than it shows. The sheets are old and thin and need replacing. The new couch was WONDERFUL and seated all 5 of us, kitchen was adequate although we ate out… but I really struggle with unclean bathrooms which is driving my review down. We were only there 2 nights.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Wonderful property and very clean. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the smart TV. WiFi was super fast! It was great to have two full bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property as it was close to several beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again!
