Historic Palm Beach Regency style 3/2 safe, quiet in the heart of West Palm
Live like Thurston Howell II at this alligator themed and art filled 3/2 in West Palm Beach's safe and quiet “Warehouse” District!
Not only will you be close to everything at the Golden Alligator, you will relish the Palm Beach Regency design, the beautiful antiques, and the art of local painter, A.E. Backus.
You will enjoy relaxing on your huge, private balcony.
You will also sleep like a baby, as all mattresses are from the Four Seasons, renowned by discerning guests around the world.
-Relax in style with the local, upscale Palm Beach Regency decorative style. Think Hollywood’s Golden Age mixed with old Florida charm along with West Indies style antiques four poster beds and mosquito nets. You will feel like you have been transported back in time!
-What's more Florida than alligators? We have playfully decorated the unit with alligators. On the balcony, we have a angry 8 foot, plastic alligator who looks like he may have just eaten "Florida Man!" There is a 16" golden alligator door pull, a three foot golden alligator in front of the fireplace, and cute stuffed alligators throughout as well as alligator children story books. Oh did, we mention, the alligator downspouts?
-Each room exhibits a painting by legendary local artist A.E. "Bean" Backus (American, 1906-1990), a largely self-taught artist who created iconic images of the timeless beauty of the Florida landscape. Whether in the glades, the beaches, the rivers, the savannas, or the Florida back country, his paintings capture a unique sense of place that is instantly recognizable and beloved. There is also a museum dedicated to his work in Fort Pierce that's worth the trip.
-You are also literally a few minutes from I-95 and the main traffic artery in the area, Okeechobee Road. The property offers outstanding spoke and wheel access to the entire area.
Amenities:
-Each room has a Four Seasons bed loved by discerning guests around the world to ensure you get a better night's sleep!
-OEKO-TEX® certification ensures all our 100% 400 thread, long staple cotton sheets are free from toxins and chemicals, making them safe for your family and friends. All bath towels are also 100% Turkish cotton.
-Work from home with a full office, printer, and desk in the master bedroom, and the second desk in the smaller bedroom.
-Internet access throughout the unit.
-TV in every bedroom, and living room.
-Full kitchen (air fryer, toaster, bakeware, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
-Non GMOs, vegan, free sulphate & paraben shampoo, conditioner & lotion. Biodegradable hand soap, dish soap and cleaner. 100% recycle toilet papers.
-In case you forget, we also provide toothpaste, floss, hairspray, q-tips, toner…
-Full washer and dryer hook ups en-suite
-Love to recycle? We have a small green recycle bin in every unit. You can then transfer them to the city’s blue and yellow bigger recycle containers on the side of the building. Please rinse out food containers before or just trash them if you don’t feel like doing so.
-Jungle wall with a pink neon "Find me under the palms" sign at the entrance. Great for social media pics!
-Please read the amenities session to see all offers.
