Desert Tranquility

The house was spacious and very clean. Hosts were amazing with communication. The gardens were beautiful, it was a hot day so we were not able to fully enjoy the outside but everything was great. The AC could use a little work as it never truly felt "cool" but compared to outside it was definitely better inside. The pool table was a definite hit with our entire group! We are already thinking of booking again when we go visit our family! Thank you so much!

Nice house, totally indifferent owner

The house was decent and this would have been a far better rating had the owner provided some basic amenities or responded to our requests to address those deficiencies. The biggest issue was actually a number of smaller issues that were not addressed: 1. We clearly stated that there would be 6 adults staying at the home. When we arrived there were exactly 5 bath towels available to the 6 adults that were staying for 3 nights and 2 days and there were no additional towels found in any of the closets. Our party had five unrelated adult males in their 50s and 60s and one married couple who ended up sharing a towel so the rest of us would have our own. 2. There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer as stated in the listing but were no supplies provided for either, nor was there any dishwashing liquid to use to wash dishes by hand. We ended up doing that with liquid hand soap. 3. There were virtually no kitchen supplies, not even salt and pepper. 4. There were no supplies in the bathrooms except toilet paper and two nearly empty hand soap dispensers, There was no bar soap or liquid body soap, shampoo, or conditioner in either bathroom. 5. There was a single toilet in a small room off of the utility room that had a white hand towel laying on the tank that had apparently been left by a previous tenant. We were initially excited to have even one additional small towel but immediately found that it had obviously been used due to a large crusty area that none of us wanted to touch. None of these things would have been a major concern, and probably we should have brought things like hand soap and shampoo, but when I call the number listed for the owner he was very curt and seemed not to understand why any of this was a problem. He said he had multiple properties and would have his property manager contact me and hung up with no further comment. I did receive a call from the property manager who said he would get back to me shortly to address these issues, but that was the last I heard for him except for a very brief note through the Vrbo app the next day apologizing for not yet having the house cleaner stop by because she was so busy and that she would be there sometime that day. He had not previously communicated anything to us about a house cleaner, which ended up being irrelevant because one never appeared and we never heard back from anyone during the rest of our stay.

Great Relaxing Home

My family and I were in town to visit the Wolf Connection Sanctuary. The house was just as described, beautiful grounds, it felt like you were in your own private park. The house is very well distributed and the Host was very helpfully. Rafael

Great Stay!

We booked this stay for work and my coworkers loved staying here. Huge yard and gated parking spot were a plus for us. Would definitely recommend. Hieu was a very good host and responded quickly to my messages. Overall Great experience.
