Come a stranger-leave a friend! Welcome to the bucolic countryside: enjoy bird-watching, outdoor fires, tree swings, horseshoe pit, yard Yahtzee, feed the ducks & geese, pick berries/flowers, have a yoga/meditation session on the workout platform, encounter the sounds and sights of coyotes, barred owls, horses, trains, donkeys, laughing children, or just the sound of your own heartbeat as you lay in the hammock outdoors.

Tent camping for ++guests, picnic lunch, cookouts/s'mores, and firewood available for small fee (+$50/pet cleaning charge) ALL pets must STAY ON LEASH when outside the dwelling as we do have geese, ducks, and other animals on property!!

DO NOT worry about beds, trash, etc.! You are on vacation and this is our job NOT yours :)
Please turn OFF the air conditioner, all lights, and put any wet towels into the floor of the shower.
Return keys and gate remote to the mailbox you got them from and send us a note through this platform that you have checked out. Please come again and PLEASE give us a review ASAP!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All parties must be pre-approved by owner as to maximum number of celebrants.
