A beautiful, beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a gorgeous balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico. The small complex is complete with lush landscaping and covered parking area.

This unit has completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen with new tile placed throughout the entire unit. The tasteful décor will make any guest feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom complete with dual sinks, toilet, and walk-in shower. The guest room has a queen-sized bed in it with plenty of closet space. The living room has two chairs and comfortable couch with a flat-screen TV and views of the ocean. The balcony has seating for four and overlooks the pool and also has ocean views. The kitchen has been outfitted with white cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops. There is a small breakfast bar with seating for three and another small table with additional seating.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 en suite king bed, #2 queen bed. Sleeps 4

The pool is shared with other units but there is plenty of deck space, lounge chairs, and umbrellas to go around. The white sandy beach is just a short walk away.

There are dozens of different retail shops nearby as well as a number of outstanding restaurants. There is a trolley that continually runs the entire length of the island allowing for easy transportation so guests will not have to fight for parking.

The access to the beach and well stocked kitchen were the best. Did not swim in the pool as it looked a little dirty.

What we liked: THE VIEW! The pool was a perfect temperature and we had it practically to ourselves. Easy beach access and a beautiful, deep beach. They have beach towels and beach items to use. We had a designated parking space. An elevator to use when we had our bags and stairs for quick in and out. What could improve: The maintenance. The place needs a refresher. Some of the cabinet doors were sticking or had bent hinges. The towels provided were worn and thin. The cleaning crew did a good job with the surface stuff, but the place needs a deep cleaning. To be fair, once we arrived we did not contact the management company with our concerns. We were there and wanted to enjoy our time. Prior to arrival, they were quick to answer any questions.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Screened in porch was very enjoyable. Had all the beach items and amenities we needed for our trip. View of the beach and water were excellent. Unfortunately, shower and toilet in the master bathroom leaked and we were consistently having to wipe it dry throughout our trip. If there are any suggestions, it would be that it's time to get a new coffee maker and beach umbrella (the current one is small and pretty rusted) and the walking path to the beach needs to be cleared out. My family and I walked through very high grass that were in our faces, got caught in our chairs, shoes, etc. as we walked through and I tripped a couple of times which is frustrating when you are carrying a lot of items to the beach. The location was great. Overall, the condo was very nice, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway! Thanks for a great week!

Great views and plenty of space. Very clean and updated very nice! Pool and beach are right out the back door. Parking under building is very nice and shady. Great location on the island. Hard to beat.

Love AMI

We enjoy Anna Maria Island for its less commercial nature and no high rises. The beaches are lovely. The condo is comfortable and in a good location on the island.

Needs a Little Love

Great location, quiet, uncrowded, reasonably priced and yet close to anything you might want to do. For a few thousand dollars, this unit could be very special. It is in need of a number of smallish repairs such as replacing the screens on the porch that are torn. Maybe a little brighter lighting, especially in the bathrooms. Especially bothersome were the ants that were all over the kitchen counters, island and stove, dead and living. Kinda gross to find on check in and live with through out the week. Finally the mattresses, especially the king bed are totally worn out with massive body shaped divots you have to sleep in. It just needs a little love to be someplace I would return to.

Beautiful View

Our stay here was enjoyable despite a comedy of errors by the host. First, we arrived and the condo hadn’t been cleaned. The property manager was responsive and sent the cleaning crew over quickly. Of course, we had to leave to let them clean which inconvenient but mistakes happen. The second issue was that the WiFi modem was broken so we had to deal with a repair man coming to fix it and they came during prime beach time. Then the complex closed the pool down for the entire week we were there which was very upsetting since I have a 6 year-old who loves the pool. The owner credited us one night for our troubles. They should have told us about the pool ahead of time. I would not have stayed there had I known. A few things about the condo itself..the kitchen is poorly stocked and has a hodgepodge of mix-matched stuff. If you like to cook a lot this place lacks many of the tools like large pans and utensils. Also, the couch is in dire need of replacement. I had read about that in previous reviews and figured we could deal with it but it’s really bad. The cushions are completely flat and you feel like you are sitting in the floor. It’s beyond uncomfortable , dirty and old. We had to use the other arm chairs to sit on instead but there are only two so it want enough seating (aside from the bar stools). The couch was truly a sore spot. The view of the beach is beautiful which made up for our issues. Also it’s a short walk to the beach which is convenient.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. The beach area seemed less crowded than other areas and we had the pool (which was the perfect temperature) to ourselves. The condo is well appointed with a well stock kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The check in/check out process was very easy. The only complaint we have is the same as others - the couch is in need of replacement. It’s very slouchy and not very comfortable. Fortunately there was plenty of other seating as there were only 3 of us. Thank you for a lovely stay! This was our first time on Anna Maria and we loved it!

Couch needs replaced

I have rented this property before and mentioned the couch. This property is convenient, well equipped, and great access to the beach. We love it with the following exception. The only reason I didn’t give 5 is the couch is dirty and sinks so low when you try to sit on it, you have difficulty getting up. I mentioned this after my stay last year as well. It is much worse now. The two chairs aren’t much better. Our family could not sit on the couch at all. The only way we could be together was to sit on the stools at the counter in the room. I will not stay again until the couch is replaced. The mattress on the both beds need replaced but the full bed is the worst, roll to the middle. The elevator in the building is a plus as well.

Fantastic property!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo is just as it is pictured, was very clean, quiet, and in a perfect location on AMI. We had the pool and beach almost entirely to ourselves and we went during spring break. I am very picky about finding the perfect property for my family vacations, and this rental was excellent!

Love the view

We lived on the lanai watching the gulf. The condo was updated. Location was great - convenient to grocery, drugstore and restaurants. Beach is lovely and so very clean.

Happened to be very cold during the stay The screens were torn on the patio and fluorescent lightning made it seem like a hospital inside. Also, needed more bath towels. I would rate it a 3 out of 5. Location was good, but furnishings need an upgrade.

Great location. Private beachfront property. Remodel of condo nice, clean. Sofa needs to be replaced, very worn and uncomfortable. Bed comforters worn, need replaced. Washer dryer needs replaced. Screens on lanai torn. Loved the location and great beachfront. Needs some TLC.

Great location, condo needs some work

Loved the location, Can't beat the beach and setting. Getting in and out was a breeze. As for the condo, it was in need of a little attention. For sure needs a new bed, a new couch wouldn't hurt either. A few cosmetic issues would just enhance...door handle falling off, holes in screen, etc. Minor but important.

Fantastic condo on Holmes Beach

Condo was just as advertised! Nicely redone, with great patio looking out onto the Gulf. The location to the beach and fantastic beach side restaurants, make this property on Anna Maria Island one we'll want to visit again!

Spring Break.

Property was great and the check in process was easy. Pool was perfect and we were less than 100 yards from the ocean. Beach was nice and quiet since the condomium is nestled in with a lot of homes. Great experience!

Lovely time at a lovely setting.

Overall excellent - loved the pool. Only obstacles need beach towels, sofa pullout was not good but saw that in an earlier review. Sofa looking a little shabby. New screens needed on patio.
