Beautiful beach condo in beautiful Surf City, North Carolina. A short 5 minute drive to Topsail Island beaches! The view of the Intra-coastal Waterway from the top of the bridge is breath-taking! The seafood is the best around or you can catch your own dinner by fishing on the pier.
Open floor plan: living room, kitchen nook, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You will love the screened in lanai downstairs to grill out after a hard day at the beach! Over-sized hand-made picnic set adorns the patio. All linens and towels are provided! There's a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the back yard.
Within walking distance to the community center, where you can enjoy the nature trails, enjoy the kids' playground or get in a yoga class or play a game of softball.
Soundside Park located on the Intracoastal waterway is a great place for the kids to play and you can watch the sunset over the bridge or get some fishing in. While our place is pet friendly we do charge a non-refundable pet FEE. Please let us know if you want to bring a pet and we will add the pet fee.
Short drive to Wilmington attractions.

Bring towels!

We had a very good stay, but there are some items that really should be addressed: 1) amenities list on the listing must be changed to state that no bath towels are provided 2) an instructional guide to use the TV should be provided 3) alert the renters that the breaker for the kitchen/fridge regularly trips and needs to be reset 4) the internet needs to be upgraded; when watching Netflix, it constantly kept buffering. Our family lives a few units down on the same side of the street and their internet doesn’t have any slowness, so it’s the ISP servicing this particular unit. Overall, it really was a good stay, just had some issues that could easily be fixed. Master bed was very comfortable. Everything else worked well.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My family booked a two night stay for our annual pier fishing trip. We spent the majority of our weekend on the pier but would love to come back for a longer stay in the future and enjoy this home. It was very clean, included dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot and other kitchen necessities. The screened in porch below the home was spacious and a nice place to gather. The backyard had a fire pit and picnic table. Communication with owner was great and check in was easy and no contact!! Would highly recommend.

Clean, Casual, Comfortable

All apprehensions erased as soon as you pull into the driveway and view the newer cushioned seats inside the screened in patio. Affordable beach rentals can be disappointing, but you won't be disappointed by this one. It's very clean with enough home conveniences like pans, a washer and dryer, and some extra towels, etc. to make your stay that much easier. Although it's not really within walking distance for most, it is a very short drive across the bridge to many surf and specialty shops and restaurants. There are also several grocery stores in the area if you are looking to take advantage of the full kitchen at this rental. The owners are also very nice. All questions were answered promptly. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the beach.
