Escape to Rendezvous Wythe the Sea #192, a breathtaking 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom canal-front retreat in the heart of Surf City. This luxurious waterfront home is a dream for boaters and entertainers alike. This stunning home features a canal-front location with a private dock, offering easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views and spectacular sunsets from multiple vantage points. With beach access just two blocks away, you're never far from the sand and surf. Expansive multi-level decks provide the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining, while a game room adds extra fun for guests of all ages. Plus, with five en-suite bedrooms, everyone can enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own space. This pet-friendly home allows up to 2 dogs per reservation for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog.

NEW jet ski docks are now available to guests for (2) full-size jet skis (photos coming soon). Guests can bring or rent jet skis and keep them on the dock behind the house for the duration of their stay.

Step inside to discover an expansive, brightly lit interior featuring soaring 10-foot ceilings, a sprawling great room wired for sound and video, and a chef’s kitchen with a pass-through wine bar. Whether you’re relaxing in the elegant living spaces or entertaining on the multi-level deck, this home is designed for ultimate comfort.

Whether you're spending your days exploring the Intracoastal Waterway, lounging on the beach, or unwinding in the elegant, sun-filled interiors, Rendezvous Wythe the Sea #192 promises a vacation like no other.

Linens are included and beds (with the exception of top bunks and trundles) will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Perfect for Family Thanksgiving!

The house is gorgeous, roomy and incredibly well provisioned. It was perfect for our group - everything you could need in the kitchen, two refrigerators, an amazing stove/oven and abundant dining and seating space, both indoor and outdoor. Beds were super comfy and it was so nice to have private baths for every room. The basement was also a great spot to relax and play ping pong/darts for both kids and adults. It's a quick walk to the beach and has a brand new dock on the canal side. Highly recommended!

An amazing house with any and everything you could possibly want or need. The large kitchen is a cooks dream which is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved the large dining room table and bar which will accommodate a large group easily. The master bedroom is wonderful with beautiful views of the inlet, with the master bath being an added bonus with the large shower and jacuzzi tub. The upper-level crow's nest area was a very nice place to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets of the evening. Only about a 5-minute walk to the beach was an added bonus. This house and the entire property are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained and I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for the very best of the best. Already planning on another stay later this year.

From the ground floor elevator to the 360 degree view from the crows nest, this house provides all the luxury and amenities you could hope for in a beach home. Each family member enjoyed their own en-suite. The kitchen is a chefs dream down to the walk in pantry and wine fridge. The dining room seats 12 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It comes complete with games including ping pong and darts for a rainy day or chairs, floats and a beach wagon for your 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely return as soon as possible! We rate this 11 out of 10!

From the moment we walked in, it felt incredibly welcoming, spacious, and homey. Every detail made our stay feel easy and comfortable.Each of the five bedrooms having its own bathroom was a real luxury—it gave everyone their own space and made mornings a breeze. The outdoor shower was another favorite—plenty of room for rinsing off sandy kids and beach gear without feeling cramped.The kitchen was stocked with brand-new items and everything we needed was right there. We cooked almost every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and never felt like we were missing a thing. The extra refrigerator in the basement came in handy with a big group, and the drink fridge on the main floor was a thoughtful touch we used constantly.The dining table that seats 12 was a highlight for our group—it was so much fun to all sit down together and share meals and laughs in one big space.We also appreciated the elevator, which made it easy to get between floors with luggage and groceries. And the views from the third floor? Clean, large house with perfect location

Our first impression was how great of condition the house was in, the cleanliness of it, and how spacious it was inside and outside. It felt like a home away from home. The house came with everything we could possibly need for the week and more. The location was also perfect. You had views of the canals from almost every room. The beach was about a two minute walk to the nearest public access which was perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here and we are already planning our trip back.
