When you reported your concerns, we responded and offered to send someone to the property to address the issues during your stay; however, that offer was declined. We completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to arrive and find the larger home without working air conditioning, especially with temperatures reaching close to 90 degrees inside.
