The space

Our new studio is located above the garage attached on the side of the main house.
Private entrance.

There is a small outdoor deck on top of the stairs to the studio.

The interior offers high ceilings, A/C, TV, wifi, cute kitchen, and lots of light. There is a queen sized bed and sofa.

•Easy drive to State Beach
•10 minutes from the ferry

NEIGHBORHOOD

Oak Bluffs is our favorite town for families visiting the Island - offering some of the best restaurants, ice cream parlors, fun shopping, the historical gingerbread cottages and the famous Flying Horses carousel! The harbor is a great place for a stroll to look at the amazing collection of boats from the Pirate ship to private yachts, and don't miss beautiful Ocean Park with the iconic gazebo which sponsors live musical events. There are many choices for beaches from Inkwell to Eastville. Oak Bluffs hosts many beloved Island events; Illumination Night, Fireworks, Built on Stilts, Harbor Festival, and Tivoli Day. Rain or shine there's plenty to do when you visit Oak Bluffs.

The owners and their dog live on the property and running small business out of home.
We are available for you as needed.
However, we promise total privacy while you are on vacation.

The check-in is at 4 pm OR LATER .
NOT possible earlier as we work hard to clean and disinfect !

There is absolute NO smoking and PETS on the property.
There is NO extra guests allowed or interacting with on our property.

Jaws 50th and 3rd Wedding Anniversary

The property was clean, cozy, and quiet. Conveniently close to a couple of bus stops so it was pretty easy to get around the island without a car.

Perfect apartment for 2!

Had a wonderful stay at Nadia’s apartment. The space is over the garage with a private entrance and is a well appointed perfect studio with everything you need. She even provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. We had everything we needed!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay on Martha's vineyard and coming back to the bright apartment made it even better. Clean,cozy,quiet. Nadia was so nice to remember we were there for our 50th anniversary and left us a gift. Thank you Nadia! Highly recommended

The property is nested in a very quiet neighborhood which we loved. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish, making the entire process seamless. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this spot offers both. Awesome Beach Road Weekend

Enjoyed a 4 night stay during Beach Road Weekend at this clean and modern apartment in Oak Bluffs. The location is quiet, but walkable to lots of nice restaurants in the center of town. The units comes with two bikes to use as well and is exactly as described with a comfy bed and plenty of room to relax and enjoy coffee and tea everyday. Thanks to Nadia for being the perfect host!

Lovely place!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. But it would also be accommodating for a family of 4 as well. It was in immaculate condition! We had some questions and the property owner was very responsive to our questions/ inquiries— we loved all the areas of MV ! Since we were only there 4 short days- we rented a car in oak bluffs in order to see all the island - Thanks Nadia!!

The cleanest sweetest little studio- with all the comforts.

Terrific stay, very clean, well appointed and private. Nadia has put a lot of style and care into this studio which is literally brand new and spotless. We enjoyed the tiny deck for morning coffee and late night cocktails. Great little kichenette with coffee maker and Peets coffee. Incredibly comfortable bed and lovely linens. Not walkable to town but so peaceful and nice. We loved it.

Review of property

Last year was our first time on MV as well as with the rental property. Oh my goodness, we were thrilled at how beautiful the place is and every convenience. The location is prime for walking, biking, and exercising. The owner is a perfect host and added extra perks for our enjoyment. The property provides sitting out on the deck among the stars, large living spaces for mini cooking with at home dining experience. This is our excellent place of choice, wont be going elsewhere. The location is just minutes from the bus line and offer airport access. Thank you a million times to the lovely owners. Mr.and Mrs. W. Wilson

quiet studio in nice neighborhood

We were unable to get a ferry reservation for our car, and bringing bikes seemed too much of a hassel. This beautiful studio is just right for 2 people, and is a $10 Uber ride from the Island Queen arrival point. Turns out that there are 2 brand new bikes provided, and it is an easy 10 minute bike ride into Oak Bluffs stores and restaurants. We did rent a car for 1 day of our stay to see the sights. Definitely recommended.

Immaculate,well-appointed roomy studio

Quiet neighborhood near center of Oak Bluffs. Easiest checkin/checkout ever. Owner let us know what to expect by sending texts before we arrived. All new paint, flooring and appliances. Comfy bed. New beach umbrella, beach towels and beach chairs and even a small cooler. Bikes available. TV/AC or heat choices. Owner was a phone call or text away to promptly answer any questions. Very approachable. Definetly recommend!

Great property

The property is wonderful. It is immaculate, conveniently located, and stocked with amenities (cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels) that come in very handy if you've packed light but still want to enjoy the outdoors. The only drawback to my experience was an early-morning text sent to me after I returned home asking if I inadvertently packed a sheet that was actually still on the bed. That inquiry would have been fine had I simply been asked if I knew the location of the sheet. The implication that I might have taken it, even inadvertently, was off-putting.

Excellent Stay in Oak Bluffs

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend staying in MV. The apartment was super spacious, clean, and well decorated. Nadia was super easy to communicate with via texting, but also gave us privacy. Huge plus were the beach towels (the apartment also provided beach chairs and an umbrella we didn’t end up using) and the two bikes! We chose not to have our car with us and it worked out totally fine. We either walked into town or took Ubers, it was super close to the main area, about 1.5 miles. We could have also biked there as well. We did use the bikes to bike into Edgartown and South Beach, definitely was a good workout but beautiful. The other day, we used the MV bus system to go out to Aquinnah and then back into Edgartown for the day.

Exactly what we were looking for

My wife and I were looking to get away for a few nights on MV, and came across this great studio apartment conveniently located in Oak Bluffs. The place is beautiful, smelled lovely, and had everything we needed (and more). The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee for our use in the morning, as well as some refreshing lemon/lime water and treats in the fridge upon our arrival. It was also nice to have shampoo/conditioner/soap in the shower to use. We appreciated the availability of extra beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Though we didn't need it, it was nice to know we could use a cooler upon request. We also loved the deck (with string lights), which we used each evening. On top of this, there was a binder of MV brochures/magazines/maps to use to look up things to do and places to eat -- very helpful. Nadia was a fantastic host! She was quick to respond to our questions leading up to our trip, and made sure to confirm the contactless check-in process upon our arrival (which was clear and easy). She was also more than happy to answer questions we had during our trip. She made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I truly enjoyed our time in Oak Bluffs, while staying at this cozy loft. First of all, Nadia, the Property Owner was wonderful! She ensured a contactless check-in by messaging us in advance and letting us know that there would be a key in the door upon our arrival. The decor of the space was beautiful. For it to have been a studio set up the loft was pretty spacious with a living area, a kitchen, dining area, a futon bed/couch, and the bedroom/closet. The bathroom was decked out with great smelling soaps, body wash, and items like shampoo and conditioner. Amenities included air conditioning, wi-fi, a smart tv, beach towels, lawn chairs, and an outdoor patio table to sit at. The kitchen included dishes and a very unique control cooktop stove. She thought of everything down to bug spray and air freshener. The refrigerator was pre-stocked with champagne and chocolate! Nadia even left us cookies to acknowledge our anniversary! Not only did we have lots of privacy but thanks to where we were in Oak Bluffs we were walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Vineyard Havens, The Harbor, Inkwell Beach. We a short walk to the bus line. / Without a doubt, we will be back!

Perfect for 2

Perfect size studio for 2 people. Clean, pretty aesthetic, equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Nice furniture. Good layout. Modem appliances and fixtures. Great location. Close to everything. Would definitely rent here again.
