Newly furnished 1700 sq. ft. guest level with two queen bedrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi tub, fully furnished kitchen, and cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Bonus room has an additional dining room table seating for 6. Graco Pack and play and Graco Swivi Seat 3-in-1 Booster High Chair provided for your little one. Wendy and I were able to easily communicate through the VRBO app. The apartment was very clean and well located. Great baby proof setup, including age appropriate toys and a room toddlers can play in. We appreciated the snacks as well!

Family Wedding

We could not have been more delighted with our stay at this lovely home! It was comfortable, spacious, quiet and had a nice patio with a mountain view! The hostess has thought of every detail to welcome us and make us feel at home! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious & great!!

We came in town for a golf tournament. The host was super friendly and easy to work with. The house was well-stocked with great coffee, spices, snacks & all that you will need. Peaceful setting in the mountains. Bonus room was huge and definitely an added bonus! Washer & dryer room was such a nice treat. There were a ton of towels, sheets and blankets. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect accommodations,.

Brought my dad (86y/o) to a wedding. Everything about this place was perfect. Very spacious yet cozy. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, including thoughtful snacks to meet anyone’s dietary needs. Lovely patio to sit out and enjoy sun or shade, whichever you desire. Location is a quiet community with easy access to all main roads. Grocery store nearby. Not far to travel to an array of hikes. Yes, at 86 he still hikes and we found perfect trails under 30 minutes. Even though we had no issues or need to contact her, the owner sent message to say hi, asked if we needed anything. The 2 bedrooms were on opposite ends which allowed for a little more quiet. The one bedroom had access to the bathroom from the bedroom which was great for my dad.

We could not have been anymore pleased with our stay. The property was the cleanest and most organized place we have ever stayed. There was everything one would need when being away from home. Wendy put such thought and care in her property and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She left lovely touches such as a treat bowl, k-cups and games for our little ones. We would recommend this property time after time!

Vail/Beaver Creek Ski-Snowboard Trip

Absolutely Perfect!!! Furnished beautifully! Both Queen beds were comfortable. The pullout couch had a memory foam mattress and was significantly more comfortable than the older pullout mattresses! The furniture is beautiful! The kitchen is beautiful with appliances, plates, utensils, glasses, pots& pans, coffee pot and Keurig individual options available. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The view of the mountains from the slider is stunning! Parking is excellent (right out front). Bathroom amenities are excellent! Washer and Dryer is in excellent condition. The owner is available and an excellent communicator! The drive to the slope is stunningly breathtaking! It is roomy and spacious! We loved the whole experience!!! It has a beautiful gas fireplace! It was so relaxing, peaceful, user friendly and immaculate! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home!

Exceptional stay in Gypsum, CO

This property is exceptional, you will not regret booking here! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard. It is a basement walkout, but you would not know that once you enter, the high ceilings draw you into a wonderfully decorated space. The host family made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay first-class! It was an excellent choice for our get-together and location could not have been better! Thanks Wendy!
