SUMMARY

Situated on Acequia Madre just a block from Canyon Road, this stunning new construction home maintains the charm of this Historic District. Features include antiqued terracotta tile with in-floor radiant heat, mini-split air conditioning/heating system, two bedroom suites, and large windows with automated blinds.



LIVING AREA

The beautiful great room has a massive stone fireplace and corresponding stone accent wall with ample room for gracious entertaining for large groups or small intimate gatherings. There is a comfortable high-end sleeper sofa for extra guests.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The large gourmet kitchen features stunning black stone countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. It is fully-equipped for a discerning home chef. The kitchen island has seating for three, and the dining table can seat up to six.



BED AND BATH

Both bathrooms feature large glass walk-in showers. The primary bath has a double vanity. The bedrooms sport king and queen beds respectively.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The xeriscaped backyard is gorgeously lit in Santa Fe’s famous twilight, and is lined with native foliage and a gorgeous flagstone pathway. The outdoor dining table seats up to four, and a gas grill is provided for cooking in Santa Fe’s famous weather.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The home is NOT pet-friendly. The owner is extremely allergic to dogs, so while we cannot legally turn away service animals, we would greatly appreciate it if you do not book this home is you are bringing a dog with you. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- One parking spot is available in the garage. The owner’s car is kept in the other garage spot. Please be respectful.

Great Spot

We loved our stay at Two Casitas. The owner's made it very easy to check in (contactless too). The house is very nice and the layout is great. Location is also very convenient and even walkable if you prefer.

Great little condo

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable. It was furnished as if by an owner with great kitchen utensils and unique art. An easy and beautiful stroll to just about anywhere you would want to go. Check out, check in a breeze.

... to the owners and designers to make this home warm, inviting and instantly comfortable as well as surrounding us with the history and art of the area. Walking to Canyon Road and the many restaurants there was delightful. We will definitely stay at this home again, although for a longer time.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

This a wonderful property, with a beautiful “great room” to visit with family and friends. Decor is lovely and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to entertain and cook. An easy walk to Canyon Drive and the Plaza. We mistakenly booked the wrong dates and our host was very accommodating and was able to change our arrival and check out. We will be back

Exceeded expectations. Fantastic location walking distance to all the galleries on Canyon Rd and downtown. The home was clean, well appointed, private and beautiful. We enjoyed cocktails on the outdoor patio and slept well in the comfortable beds. We will try and book again when we return for the opera next summer.

Incredible property!

Everything about this property exceeded our high expectations. The home is beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed, comfortable all in an excellent location. Pure luxury! In particular, we appreciated the welcome package, excellent communication from the rental company, a kitchen with all the things we'd need to cook (not always the case in other properties), and the attention to detail in the home itself. Beautiful place

This is a lovely well-appointed home that has every amenity you could want. I especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with every cooking tool one could need! The photos don't do it justice; it's even nicer in person. The location is convenient to everything you could want to visit while remaining quietly tucked away on a peaceful street. Highly recommend!

Comfortable property, great location

My husband, 8-month-old, and I stayed at this property in September. The location is great — walking distance to the Plaza — while being in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and came with all the amenities you could ask for (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.). Would definitely stay again!

Property was very comfortable on the inside and located in a nice area. Convenient to all things wonderful about Canyon Road and downtown Santa Fe. Bed was great (only used one, the master) and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I traveled alone, and felt very safe at this property. Future guests may want to be notified that there is construction occurring in the neighbor's backyard, right behind the master bedroom. It was 4 days of loud construction noise during the day. I understand these things happen and are beyond anyone's control, but future guests may appreciate a heads up!

Great place to spend time in Santa Fe. Great location and beautiful space inside and out. Might not be ideal for kids, our 5 year old was a bit bored with no pool and limited outside play space, but we were out most of the time anyway - even in the midst of Covid.
