This gorgeous river front home boasts beautiful views, stunning architecture and modern amenities.

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

This gorgeous river front home boasts beautiful views, stunning architecture and modern amenities.

Stay a week and explore the New River Valley - you're only 12 minutes to access on the 55 mile scenic New River Trail (biking and hiking trail), 12 minutes to the Draper Village (restaurant, tea room, eclectic shopping, bike rentals, massage therapy, agritourism), 15 minutes to Foster Falls State Park (horseback riding, kayak/canoe access) and 25 minutes to Claytor Lake State Park (beach area, motorized boat rentals, hiking trails).

Looking to host a large group? This property is situated between Black Bear (sleeps 6) and Blue Heron (sleeps 6).

Located only from 30 minutes from Radford University and 45 minutes to Virginia Tech.

Lovely

Great house in a great location

The house was perfectly clean and a great set up with three comfortable bedrooms, all with attached baths. The place appears just as listed. The location is beautiful. Property management was responsive to us and our needs.

Beautiful View

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved looking out onto the river. Seeing a bald eagle and fire flies were just one highlight.

Very beautiful and peaceful

The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. We were only there for two nights with a busy graduation schedule so I never contacted the host nor felt a need to. I do recommend a stop at the Draper Mercantile for a very nice breakfast. We brought our Doodles and Maltese dogs with us and they seemed really comfortable with the sizable yard to sniff around. The only concern I had was with the neighbor’s large dog across the street. He seemed like he was friendly, but one of my doodles doesn’t like new dogs he meets at first. I had to keep our dogs inside a lot more than I would have liked since the neighbor’s dog was free roaming and was in the property yard every morning. The house was vacant for a while when we arrived I suspect, so we needed to get rid of quite a few spiders inside but none of them were dangerous. Just a minor inconvenience. If you have a phobia, you might have an issue but otherwise, no biggy.

Beautiful location

What a beautifully located property. The house is new and has all the things anyone would need for a stay. The only suggestion I have is to have an extra blanket in each bedroom - it got cold out and we needed it!

Hidden gem

Beautiful, spacious and roomy. Watch the light show at night when the fireflies perform. Lots of deer.

Thanksgiving Week

We enjoyed the property at Osprey's Landing. The home was very clean, well kept, and located in a nice area. A 15 minute drive to the grocery store, and grocery delivery by Instacart, we were never in need. Wonderful place to gather a smaller family and friends.

Wonderful!

It was a very nice vacation for our family and wonderful to be able to bring our fur baby along as well. We all had a great time. Decent cell service located in the downstairs Bedroom and out by the river. Sal's Italian restaurant in Radford was great and sadly the cute antique store at the end of the street is only open weekends.

Beautiful scenery and nice house

My family had a great time. We grilled out, sat on deck and porch, fished from the bank. Hope to come again and do some kayaking. Thanks for having a pet friendly place.

Nice spot to unplug

The house is almost new and very nice, could use more seating in the family room. Overall it's a beautiful house on the river in the country. If cell service or Wi-Fi is important to you please know that there is no internet and we had virtually no cell service with Verizon and T-Mobile. Unfortunately, my business requires me to check-in so this was an issue for us. If you like being unplugged, you can't go wrong here!

Beautiful vacation getaway

My husband and I wanted to have a nice romantic getaway for Valentine’s Day so we came out to Draper. The home was as advertised and more. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with necessities. They said no internet but we thought we’d at least have cell service but nothing once your 10-15 mins from the home. We’d love to go back when it’s warm to enjoy the property even more!
