Quotes are for double occupancy. If you want extra bedrooms over 1 then there is a $35 charge per exra bed/person per night. Quaint newly refreshed 3 bedroom single detached house, lots of room. privacy, sleeps 5 with 2 queens and one single, 1000 sq.ft. Centrally located in Thunder Bay, by the scenic McIntyre River Near Intercity Shopping Mall, bus stops, golf course. Parks 2 vehicles on property. Empty lot next door. All on one floor with huge kitchen, living room, free washer and dryer, Wifi, Netflix.
Watch the ducks swim or Loons cry while you enjoy your morning or evening coffee on the deck. 2 lawn chairs, table and umbrella. WE ARE NEAR THE MACINTYRE RIVER. We are a short distance to miles of trails that connect from Con College to L.U

There was no hot tub or BBQ as stated in the ad. Several creature comforts were missing such as a first aid box, Kleenex and extra batteries for the remote. If there are things to do (eg take out garbage or empty the dehumidifier) they should be added to the written info at the home not texted to me throughout my vacation. Also please note there are bees and wasps in the wall by the back deck and there is a broken gate so we couldn't get to the river behind the house.

Great Host!!

We did not actually stay at this property; due to a glitch we got double booked. When Cindy realized what had happened she offered us 3 other options for our stay at the same rate. The house we stayed in on Franklin Street was well appointed and taken care of. Cindy was very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend renting from her again!

This is not our first time.; could use a few more hand towels in bathroom. Oven needs to be cleaned. We appreciate the Netflix but we also would like to have access to regular news/ weather channels

The property has 2 lrg bdrms,1 single. 1 bed had a regular mattress,reasonable pillows. Other bed had a foam mattress (hard,uncomfortable), 2 paper thin pillows (useless, uncomfortable). Most of the dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cutting board were dirty. Had to wash all of them before using. Dirty fridge. Dirty glass top coffee table.1 burnt bulb in most ceiling fixtures. No heat control on site. Need to txt owner for heat. Outside temps during stay: -2 to 2.She answered our texts re issues fast and released temp control after we asked about thermostat.

We highly recommend staying at this lovely and well appointed property, in a quiet neighbourhood in Thunder Bay. This was comfortable, well maintained and sparklingly clean house in a quiet street in Thunder Bay, where my family of 2 adults and 2 teens stayed for three night this summer. The kitchen is large and well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. We liked the outlook of the property which backs onto a river and has a lovely back garden with plenty of space, and a nice little deck to sit out an enjoy a meal. There is a washer and dryer which are both clean and new looking and detergent is provided. It was very hot when we were there and the window mounted air con unit adequately cooled down the house, and 2 of the bedrooms had fans. Cynthia is a wonderful host and was easy to contact when needed. When the kettle stopped working a new one was delivered within the hour! We drive an electric car and were so pleased that there is an outdoor socket right next to the parking pad, which was a real bonus for us, so we were able to charge the car each night. The house is only a 5 minute drive from big box stores, supermarket and major chain restaurants, and a 10 minute drive from the lakeshore which has a lovely marina.

Aqua house on the river

Warm, cozy and clean. Very convenient location to shops and center of town. Right on the river path for walking and biking.

My husband is a retired mill worker and helps me with my business. We have been married for 35 years. I have two children and am a grandmother of three. The vacation property, which I share with my mother Claire who will be your host during your stay, is in a vacation paradise on Vancouver Island, in Parksville, British Columbia.Claire lives upstairs above the fully furnished vacation suite with her little dog. I am in the rental business and I fell in love with this property because of the beauty of the spot, and the price was right at the time. My husband and I spent a lot of time and money in bringing the house and property to make a lovely home for someone. When we went into the vacation rental we decided to make this house one when the then tenant decided to move down town. It as been used as a vacation home for the last year and everyone loves the location. We have had repeat visitors quite often.
