I had a fantastic time at this villa. It was nice, spacious, and more importantly, everything worked. Nothing was dated, cheap, and old fashion. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Overall we had a great experience.! Communication with hosts was great! Terry and Mike were very responsive and attentive. All of the showers did not get super hot but it did not take away from the experience. We will definitely return to this property

small changes

The over all stay was great. However there are a couple things that needs to be fix at the house. The shower head in the master bedroom and the jacuzzi . I will definitely stay there again and would also recommend it to my other friends. Thanks.

Great Stay! Would Come Again

My buddies and I had a great time staying at the villa. The Villas were clean at check in and the cleaning staff did a great job freshening the rooms up daily. The free breakfast at the restaurant was good for being complimentary and we also took advantage of the food delivery from the restaurant. The hosts and his staff were very accommodating. Whatever requests were made were answered ASAP. The only small hiccup was a having a blackout in the villa for about an hour which I hear could happen on occasion. We were ok with it as we were hanging by the pool on a nice warm night. Our next visit will definitely be at this location again.

Great stay! Definitely will return.

We rented two homes during our stay and they were both beautiful. We stayed in Oasis and Cielo and despite the many rainy days, we had a beautiful time. The staff was EXCELLENT and very responsive. The neighborhood felt safe and looked beautiful. I regret not taking more walks. Casa Linda was perfectly situated between Sosúa and Cabarete. We visited both and fell in love with both of them. The beaches are so picturesque. Also, the additional services they offer (for a fee) were well worth it and affordable. We used the massages, chef and the tours. We highly recommend the Casa Linda group when booking a vacation in the DR. A few warnings: The pools are not heated so unless it is VERY hot outside, the water will be cold. The hot water is temporary and fleeting for showering so prepare to take quick showers. Don't flush your toilet paper in the toilet, put it in the little trash can next to the toilet. That was a HUGE adjustment. But it is totally doable.

Fantastic stay

This property is beautiful. My friends and had a fantastic time and would stay again. Here are some pros and cons. The Pros out weigh the Cros. Pros: owner Mike has great customer service, Thus, the staff was very resourceful and kind. They always showed up when called and made our stay comfortable. Pros: the owner assured that I had transportation to and from airport and throughout our stay. When faced with a challenge, Mike and his team was available to assist without hesitation. PROS: House is as described . Very beautiful and in a safe community. Check in process was quick and we were welcomed with Cocktails complimentary of Casa Linda. Pros: Chef Rosie was fantastic. Food was prepared ontime and prices was as quoted. Cons: Chef Rosie in the pm hours had three people in the home without asking. They at in the kitchen and watched her cook, then assisted with serving. Cons: we did not like that we were invited to breakfest by guest service, thinking it was complimentary, and then was escorted to a presentation to buy the property. Great presentation, but my guest and I didn't sign up for a timeshare/owners presentation. Thosntook time away from our vacation. I didn't rent through Casa Linda timeshare. I payed through Casa Coco. Cons: No hot water at all throughout the week. TV and and air condition remote controls where not explained at check in. There is only AC in bed rooms. The main room is extremely hot only. And cools down in the evening once the bedrooms are cold enough to leave the door open to blow air Con: Do not buy excursions from the vendor Pedro at Casa Linda. He did not sell us the right package. We did not like that he showed up to the Villa without calling and it was allowed on property. He showed up on the property several times while we were in the house and Sat by the pool. Very unexceptable. Con: staff washed towels daily but didnt put them in the bedrooms. They were left on the dinning room table and bar area, where food was present. Over all trip was fantastic. I will only stay at Casa Linda when I visit Sousa.
