Down on the Farm is one of our most unique tiny home floor plans. This floor plan package features high-end interior finishes, recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings in the living area, creating an inviting atmosphere.

The L-shaped kitchen offers additional counter space creating the perfect layout for those who love to cook. The master bedroom features ample storage and the large loft creates versatility for additional storage or sleeping accommodations. Outdoor living is maximized with the 10x12 covered porch, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. NEW FOR 2026 HOT TUB!!!

Relaxing stay

Wonderful location in beautiful Wears Valley. Relaxing and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but close enough to reach them in under 20 minutes. Would stay here again, lots of tiny homes to choose from

The listing was a little decieving. It sounded like we were staying on an actual farm not in a campground. We did enjoy our tiny house. The mountain view was beautiful.

The kitchen is well appointed and organized, linens, and bedsheets were abundant and super clean, and the unit itself was spotless. The only disappointing point was the fact that the Wi-Fi was not available. We did inquire and were told new Wi-Fi options were supposed to be coming to the area in the near future. Knowing this ahead of time would’ve helped us be able to plan better. Apart from that, I would definitely come to this location again!

Nice stay

Nice stay, clean, cozy, and well-appointed cabin with awesome beds. The area had nice small coffee shops and country-style restaurants. Disappointed with the depiction of the location of the cabin. Your description shows a single cabin on a horse farm. However, the cabin is surrounded by about 10 additional cabins. Based on the picture and description it appears that there is one cabin on a horse farm. There were no horses, instead some animal statutes. This was misleading. We had two days without water due to frozen pipes, but no apology was given. Regardless, we were happy with our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit overall was ok. Multiple spiderwebs in the corners of the walls, the shower curtain was terrible in the bath tub and the water would last max 10-15 minutes. No pot holders and very limited cookwear so keep in mind in case you want to cook there. Wifi is terrible even being close to the office.

Cove Mountain is who we've always rented from and I would highly recommend them to anyone.The only negative comment is the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. The sheets did not look like they were changed from the last guest in the loft or main bedroom. We went to the office and ask for clean sheets and they were very apologetic and said they would address the issue with the cleaners. We had a great time and very much enjoyed our cabin!

Excellent Experience During March '21 Spring Break Getaway

We had an awesome experience with our tiny home rental from Cove Mountain. The place was affordable, spotless, well decorated, and fully stocked. The tiny home didn't actually feel so tiny due to a layout that utilized space quite efficiently and the vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedroom were nice as well. Location was great with the parkway only a short drive away and it was very convenient having a Dollar General within walking distance . Since everything was perfect there was no need to interact with staff during our stay but they were very polite and helpful when we booked our stay. We didn't cook any big meals during but the kitchen would have been more than capable of doing so and there's also a park style grill, fire pit, and picnic table right outside that's exclusively for this rental. The front porch is also a nice size with 3 rocking chairs. We had 2 adults and 1 child but I don't think the space would have been too cramped even with another young child or two. TL;DR It was perfect!

October 2024 Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Just a few things I would recommend. There were no measuring cups, so he bought some and left them. The mattress needs replacing or at least flipped. Clean the blinds. Get the cobwebs down, I got a lot down for you. The bedding in the master bedroom did not look clean. We took them off and washed them. The mattress pad is in serious need of washing or replacing. Wipe the fronts of doors and cabinets. Again, overall we enjoyed our time here and the view is amazing on the porch sipping coffee. I would also recommend getting a few more bowls as there was only one for use. We would recommend this cabin.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had stayed at this exact tiny home before, several years ago and were very pleased. Sadly, we didn't have the same experience this time, though. The kitchen was so poorly stocked that I had to go to the Dollar General and buy items just to use the oven. The sink smelled of sewage, and I had to use hot water and detergent to get rid of the smell. The AC/heat units were awful! We had them turned to literally 62 degrees and had to open the door to cool the cabin down. The hot water heater was so small that we could only take one shower without loosing hot water. My husband waited an hour to shower himself, and still cold water! Then, the internet was out for almost an entire day, and we couldn't watch any of the streaming channels. This is an annual anniversary trip for us, so we just enjoy staying at the cabin and getting away. Without these amenities, our experience with the cabin was less than desirable. Probably won't be back, especially considering the price with all the fees added on. Seems to me that in the past we got more for less money -- now, it's less for more money.

There was no Christmas tree as we were told would be, so we had to get our own. The water froze and we were not offered a refund and told to go buy water. The heaters also did not work properly. The loft bedding was not clean and nasty. The house had a poor cleaning job.

November 2022 Stay

After looking at hotels and cabins and their prices, we opted to rent this tiny home and so glad we did. Easy access to the road, a Dollar General next door, and convenient to Pigeon Forge. We even found a shirt cut road that took us over to the end of the parkway which helped avoid Black Friday traffic. We liked Down on the Farm and will likely return in the future.

We had a great time at Down on the Farm. It allowed us to experience the mountains in a completely new way and we loved it. The location was peaceful and quite. And simply beautiful. Plus we were close enough to all our favorites places in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay again.

The beds were very comfortable with soft mattresses and nice bedding both in the loft and in the bedroom. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the nice porch furniture and the fire pit in the evening. We stayed in this park last year and it’s an ideal location. Restaurants are nearby as well as a Dollar General for quick pick ups. It is also ideal to travel easily to Townsend, Metcalf Bottoms, Pigeon Forge or the Foothills Parkway. We love the quiet atmosphere of Wears Valley Road as well as the views. This park and these tiny homes are our “go to” place when we visit Tennessee!
