Bedrooms - The home contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has a television with streaming. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
Primary Suite 1 - Features a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a garden tub, huge walk-in shower, his and hers basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate WC and private access via patio doors to the pool deck.
Primary Suite 2 - Features a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit, WC, basin and large vanity mirror.
Bedroom 3 - Two full size beds
Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds
Located conveniently between bedrooms 3 &4 is the homes third bathroom which has a bath/shower unit, toilet, sink and large vanity mirror.

Living Room - The home has a large open plan seating area located at the rear of the property and has patio doors which look out over the pool deck. The room contains two sofas, a large comfortable chair, and an entertainment center. This includes a flat screen television with cable TV, DVD.
Kitchen - The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a good selection of cutlery, dishes and pots and pans. The only thing you need to provide is the food!
Dining Room - The dining room is located next to the family room and kitchen area. It has a large wooden table and six chairs.
Breakfast Nook - The breakfast nook looks out on to the Lanai and pool area. It features a wooden table and four chairs.
Laundry Area - Features a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. You will need to provide your own laundry detergent.
Pool - The Southwest facing pool and spa are surrounded by a large extended screened patio and include a covered lanai with ceiling fan. The Pool and Spa can be heated at an additional charge, (recommended from October to March). It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and six chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco. For your safety and comfort unbreakable glasses and tableware are provided for use around the pool deck area. Other features of the pool deck include direct access to a pool side bathroom (master suite 1 en-suite), and a pool safety fence and door alarm. The pool is serviced weekly.
Pool Heat - Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.

The Tuscan Hills community has a 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean style clubhouse which offers many facilities ranging from a stunning lounge area overlooking the palm garden to a fully equipped games room and gym, all available for you and your family to use at no extra charge. At the rear of the clubhouse are tennis and sand volley ball courts, and a play area for the younger children.

Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.
