The apartment has 2 bedrooms on the second level with a/c, 2 bathrooms, flat screen TV, BBQ on the terrace, dining area, washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen.
Excellent area to walk among nature and enjoy beautiful and quiet beaches.

Perfect space for our family of 5!

We traveled from brisk Pennsylvania to Puerto Rico with three teenage boys wanting to spend the entire day on a beautiful beach and relax back at an apartment after dinner without being in each other’s way. This apartment gave us the opportunity to do exactly that! The outside terrace and hammock was a perfect place for a post beach nap. Our hosts gave us explicit instructions for checking in and out and responded quickly to inquiries. Plays Buyé is the most beautiful beach and the sunsets on the west side of the island are picturesque. We highly recommend booking this apartment for your next visit to Puerto Rico!

Not what i expected

First and foremost is on the third floor. No elevator. At arrival you must climb up a steel stair case then proceed to the building up to the third floor and the place wasn't ready as vbro indicated at 3pm wasn't readu until 4:30 pm when arrived cleaning said she was mopping and the floor was wet. She didn't want us to enter.no AC on main floor where the kitchen and living room is located the main tub was clogged and the refrigerator wasn't working to potential. And to top it off there was no propane when i was ready to prepare dinner. Notified person in charge mentioned to me that there was a power outrage prior to our arrival and damaged some equipment and he forgot to mentioned to me that there were issues with the place. Also that he wasn't responsible for the propane and that's fine but at least notify the person so that arrangements can be made. Didn't enjoy the pool because outside people took over it with a grill that isn't permitted and took over the pool.

Good for the location and view!

This is a good property for the proximity of the surrounding area beaches and attractions. My family and I (and our little doggy) enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, had AC throughout and looks like the pictures. The unit was on the third floor but we didn’t find the stairs to be too much. The condo community is quiet and felt very safe and had ample parking. We even met the neighbors and they were very nice and gave good recommendations for food. The outside terrace has a beautiful view but please note the full sunset is blocked so you need to drive over to the closest beach to enjoy the full thing. Either way it is still a nice terrace to enjoy coffee in the morning etc. The living room does have a tv with Roku but the batteries in remote were dead for us and the seating area is quite small for 4 people. The one thing I was not happy with in the beginning was the check in process. After booking this place the owners had a note on the listing that they would provide the information to get into the unit on the day of arrival. However, When we arrived at the place, I still hadn’t received anything to get in. I tried calling the owner at least 10 times, I messaged them many times, all to no avail. I eventually thought the best I can do at this point is call Vrbo customer service. Only then was I finally patched through to the owners. That whole process had us waiting at least an hour outside the parking gate. Their exercise was they were on vacation…

Me gusto el apartamento , muy limpio, con todo los servicios como jabon, toallas etc. La localizacion es ideal, tiene una terraza muy espaciosa con una vista espectacular .
