Best Yet for Lake Ozark

This was our third trip to the Lake Ozark area, and by far the best property we have stayed in yet. The owner was very communicative, the property was very nicely renovated and furnished, everything was clean and comfortable. We will definitely choose this property again.

Wonderful space!

I stayed here on a girls trip with my sisters/sister-in-laws, we had a great time! Kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of space! Beautiful aesthetics and great location! We had a lot of fun at the nearby pools and hiking trails! Joel is very easy to work and has a fast response time. 👍

Blast from the past

Was here 30 years ago when the place was pristine. They are currently undergoing some ground renovations. Was disappointed from where it was all those years ago but hope that it finds better days ahead.

Hello Jamey, the Regalia Hotel landscape within the complex has had an ongoing renovation for many years and is closer to being completed. I believe they have spent over 20 million dollars so far renovating the hotel and building the Ozarks largest swim up bar and stage for concerts. The tennis courts have been an eye sore and this is their next project on the list. Thank you again for your stay and hopefully on your next visit the hotel landscaping will look different.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The property bedding was filthy. one bedroom had mattresses on the floor as the bed frame had been broken by previous renters. You can see the headboard was just left in the dining room. The cleaning staff did not clean the property well prior to arrival. There was damage to the walls, and a tick in one of the bedrooms. When notifying the host he refused to allow us to stay at the property because he was afraid we would leave a bad review and then never gave us a refund. FRAUD.

Great Place and Owner

We had a great time here! The condo is beautiful and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for more! Got to meet Joel and he’s so helpful and super nice! The only complaint I have has to do with the Regalia Hotel that we are able to use. Their pool is amazing but the music they play is awful - very R rated with a lot of rap with swear words. There were a lot of kids around that shouldn’t have to listen to that music. We did complain and will be writing a review for the hotel. Other than that the trip was wonderful!

Great!

The pool has a dj and swim up bar. We ended up just hanging out at the pool each night. It's good for a group of friends or family.

There were dead bugs such as spider in many places throughout the condo. It took up until 20min before check in to get the code to enter the property. While i understand they do not want you in the property until the proper time. I was an hour drive from the property and was worried about arriving and not being able to enter or get ahold of anyone.
