Just 5 minute drive to Bagnell Dam Strip, 10 minutes to Backwater Jacks, 15 minutes to Redheads/Performance Boat Center, 15 minutes to Frankie and Louie, 8 minutes to Shady Gators/HToads complex and more!

I bought this place for the location and view, its stunning. The balcony is an amazing place to unwind and watch the sunrise/sunset and see some fast boats cruising by in the channel!
What makes this property unique
The location is excellent! There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo, both shopping and entertainment as well as all the essentials you might need such as groceries.
