The owner of the apartment is a genius hahato me, every corner had its own story and kudos to the architect...I would not recommend it to people who are larger because it will be difficult for them to go to the bathroom and use the shower.the kitchen is perfect!We stayed for 8 nights and we literally couldn't get rid of the mosquitoes, that's the only thing that bothered us..we got more than 10 bites each of us hahaThe location is the best, you are in the center and yet there is no noise.. I would come again!

Great place to stay in Nice

Fabulous property, exactly as shown on pictures! 2 of us stayed here for the Ironman World Championships. Location is 5 min walk to Registration & Expo & 7 min walk to the bike check in & start on the morning. Location is really close to tram stop from/to airport

Great location

Apartment is well taken care of and clean. The apartment is located around great shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to the beach! Also a bonus that it has air conditioning :)

Had a very nice stay!

The location of the appartment is great. Jean Medicien is 2 min away, the beach is about 5 min walk, you have a lot of trams and bus connections near. The toilet is a little bit small, but you‘ll get used to it:-)

Wonderful stay, plus great location!

Our place was as described online and in the photos. It was our nice cozy place for two weeks and the AC worked great for the Nice heat wave while we were there. We were close (walking distance) to the promenade, beach, tram stations, grocery stores, the mall and the Nice-Ville train station. Only word of warning - if you are over 5 feet tall, watch out for the corners in the room! Since it's a rooftop room, some parts of the room slope downwards, so watch your head and duck when needed.

This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach and shops. However, I would not recommend this for a stay longer than 2 days. The apartment is very small (shower is very tiny, and toilet area as well). The host only gave one set of towels for our entire week stay which is unacceptable given there is no washer or dryer in the unit.

Lovely little studio flat in a great location. Perfect for a week in Nice. I would definitely stay here again. The flat is very close to the main shopping street and two different tram lines, but on a quiet street with no noise disturbance. There's a Monoprix supermarket nearby on Av. Jean Medecin for anyone wanting to eat in the flat. You might want to bring an eye mask, though, if you are easily woken by daylight as the flat is quite bright in the mornings (no blind at the kitchen end and a slightly broken Venetian blind at the bed end). Also, larger people might struggle a bit with the toilet and shower, which are small and built under the slope of the eaves.

We were happy about the location, easy access and easy check-in and -out process. The kitchen hade necessary equipment. We were not happy that no ventilation is installed in the toilet nor the bath. Notice that these facilities are very 'smartly' installed yet only installed by necessity. Toilet is basically a closet but it's quite ok if only ventilation as installed. However, the TV area is a joke and not useful. The most critical comment, though, is the fact that the A/C did not seem to work perfectly. We did not suffer but a perfectly functioning A/C and with the possibility if lowering the temperature below 18 C. would be very helpful as the studio apartment is on the top floor (5th floor) that is the warmest floor in the building.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour Ă  Nice. L’appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ©, tout prĂšs de la place Massena, des plages, des casinos, du Vieux Nice. L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien dĂ©corĂ©, au calme. Seul gros point nĂ©gatif c’est la propretĂ©. Il ne faut pas regarder de prĂšs. La poussiĂšre n’est pas faite, l’aspirateur non plus, et nous avons trouvĂ© des poils dans les tiroirs de la cuisine... cependant le coin salle d’eau, et le lit Ă©taient niquels. Nous recommandons sans soucis cet appartement, si un effort sur le mĂ©nage est fourni. Bonnes vacances !

Wonderfully cozy studio flat in a fantastic area. Felt like home for a week, but in Nice! Not for super tall people as there are slanted ceilings. I would rebook in the future.

Sunny studio in a central Nice locale

We loved our stay in the sunny top floor studio in Nice. It was so centrally located, close to the Promenade, the tram, shops, orange trees in the park across the street; it was great. It was also 60 degrees (Fahrenheit) and that was great! The building itself is beautiful, too. Perfect!

Cheery and bright in a great location

Cheery and bright apt. in a great location in Nice, close to the tram, to Vieux Nice, to Cour Salaya, and to the train station (due to proximity of the tram). Plenty of restaurants on the pedestrian street nearby. Building is safe and secure. Caution: some sections of the ceiling slant, especially in the WC, and might be awkward for taller people. Owners left detailed instructions and tourist information about the area. I look forward to coming back to this apartment and spending more time in Nice!

Another great stay in our beloved Nice

The only criticism of this property is the "loo in the cupboard" . Not a venue for people who do not know each other well! Having said that, great location, great kitchen, shower good and bed very comfy. We felt very at home here and this apartment is great value for money. The automated check in and out and the "no damage deposit" are great selling points as we have tied up refundable cash in the past with properties in Nice. This property would have had 5 stars if the loo situation was better. The communication with the property owner and all the information supplied about access and checking out, was spot on. AC works well - telly/computer you will need an astrophysics degree to work it - who needs telly on holiday? Thanks again Nice for another perfect holiday.
