Quiet, cheerful and sunny studio in centre with lift and air conditioning

The only criticism of this property is the "loo in the cupboard" . Not a venue for people who do not know each other well! Having said that, great location, great kitchen, shower good and bed very comfy. We felt very at home here and this apartment is great value for money. The automated check in and out and the "no damage deposit" are great selling points as we have tied up refundable cash in the past with properties in Nice. This property would have had 5 stars if the loo situation was better. The communication with the property owner and all the information supplied about access and checking out, was spot on. AC works well - telly/computer you will need an astrophysics degree to work it - who needs telly on holiday? Thanks again Nice for another perfect holiday.

We have just spent 7 nights in this lovely little studio which had everything we needed. This was an alternative studio booked through Nice and Easy rentals (our first choice had gone) and we were very happy with it. The studio is located three streets back from Place Massena, 5 minutes from the beach in a lovely area. The studio contains everything needed to self cater with an oven as well as a hob. We found a well furnished studio, clean and very comfortable in a quiet building. Thanks to Mike who was available by phone for any issues we had. We would definitely recommend this studio and would return in an instant!

First, I would like to mention that I'm a PhD student in France. For my wife and me it was an awesome week in such famous and beautiful place. We enjoyed very much the location of the flat, e.g. almost in the center, and in the same time quite and clean. From Massena place one could easily get either to the bitch or to the old city or even in 15min by foot to the train station. Moreover, the rental contact was very kind, and assisted us quickly and efficiently. I'll recommend it with confidence to everybody who looks for affordable holidays at French Riviera.

We stayed in this apartment near the start of June 2011 and I have no complaints. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has almost everything you need to cook good meals every night just bear in mind there is only a hob and microwave no oven. But we managed to eat well cooking with only the hob. There are no herbs or spices so bring your own but it has everything else you need in a kitchen. The shower was great and the tv works well.

But most importantly the apartment is in a really great location, its a safe area just off the main shopping street and a 5 minute walk to the beach or the old town. And its just a quick bus ride from the airport.

And the owners are very helpful, there are even a few guide books in the apartment to give you some ideas of things to do in Nice.

We are a young couple and found that there was everything we needed in Nice and with the apartment to have a great holiday.

Excellent location for a week in Nice. Appreciated the peace and quiet of the studio and being in the town centre at the same time. We were even lucky enough to be the first to use the new bed and satellite TV. Great value for money.
