Wonderful location and neighborhood!

This house was very nice. We really enjoyed walking our dog every morning and meeting others in the neighborhood on their walks. Very friendly and properties are all well cared for. The house and pool all were very nice, beds are comfortable and we felt right at home!

Second Stay

We rented this home last year and liked it so much we rented a second year. The outside space is absolutely amazing. Close to everything, but still a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Property!!

We loved this property. The house and pool area was perfect for my family. Clean and well maintained. The gate around the pool made it easy for the baby to out there while the kids enjoyed the pool without us worrying.

Living the beach life

The home was great. I brought my two grandkids with me. We enjoyed splashing in the pool after dinner. We went to the Everglades one day. We did a shell excursion by boat and I could go on and on. All in all it was a wonderful vacation. We will doing it again next year.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was that A/C wouldn't go below 72 degrees. I was charged $15-$20 a day for my stay for electricity so I feel i should have been able to set the air on what I desired. Stilll will stay again.

Great House

This house was everything we needed for a great time. The outdoor space was definitely the best part especially the TV which I don’t think was in pictures. The only downsides I have: - 30 minute drive to any beach - So many different emails about different rules of the house and as many times as it was mentioned to take the trash around for trash day it should have stated adamantly to put it out the night before. It mentioned the morning of would be okay but… the trash came at 6:00 am so…. Otherwise great stay.

Everything you need and more

This house is beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. The layout is wonderful and allows as much privacy or together time as your group desires. From extra towels and sheets to a fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of stores and markets are a short drive. Even in the rain we were able to enjoy the outdoors in the covered portion of the lanai. There is plenty of room to enjoy the lanai in shade or to sunbathe Our contact, Monica, was amazing. She contacted us the day of our arrival with a welcome video and answered any questions promptly. I contacted her a few times during our stay and she was always professional and friendly while emphasizing their desire that we enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this property

Clean but dated

The house was clean, nice location for us but house was somewhat dated and needed some upgrades. Toilets were old, dishwasher top rack broken, kitchen table unstable, kettles and pans were old and not proper sizes as expected. The pool and outside area was nice. Spent a lot of time their. Bedrooms and beds adequate. Unfortunately, we would not rent here again.

Amazing!

We flew down to Florida for our daughter’s wedding and decided to rent a house due to the amount of family coming down. From the first initial contact to the end, everything was top notch! Very communicative, helpful and pleasant! The house and all of its amenities were amazing! I tried to think of even one negative and I can’t! We thought we were going to have to bring our 2 pups and paid in advance for them, but we were able to find a dog sitter and didn’t have to bring them. They refunded the pet fees super fast! Our stay there was fantastic! All of our friends and family that came to visit were impressed as well! The pool had trees around it so it was very private. We didn’t want to leave! 100 stars if I was allowed! Anyone renting this house I’m sure will love it as much as we did!

This place was perfect for our family. We had an issue with leftover trash from the previous renters and they resolved the problem in a couple days.

Beautiful Home

This house accommodated our large group quite well. House was clean, decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We spent the majority of our time out by the pool and in the evening watching movies outside on the tv. Check in/out process was easy. We have no complaints about this home and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The property was overall nice. My family and I enjoyed the outside pool area the most. Quite honestly it could have been much cleaner. It looked like it was picked up and bedding was clearly clean and new but the rest of the house looked like it had a very quick “once over” and not a good cleaning. Rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and plenty of bathroom space for everyone to get ready and cooking space was good. Desperately in need of new pans, as the non-stick ones there are scratched so badly I didn’t feel safe using them. Location was good. Not much to do nearby, but local restaurants and Publix grocery store and a Starbucks were just minutes away! Not too bad of a drive to Naples and Sanibel where the fun stuff was! I didn’t want to give this property a 4 but I also didn’t want to give it a 3. I wish I could rate it a 3.75. Cleanliness and communication could’ve been much better. Four out of the seven days we spent there were interrupted with no warning from VRBO or the property management company. One day was a pool cleaner, the next day was pest control, the following day was some guy spraying something around the property and the fourth day we were woken up at 7:10am by someone moving our lawn. It would’ve been nice to have been made aware of all of these service people popping by while we were outside in the pool or sleeping! I found that a little unprofessional and lacking common courtesy. Over all an average stay.

Great place!

Everything in summary was accurate with some added perks! House was spacious with lots of room for our group of 7. Pool was clean with a great hangout area that was shaded. Close to shopping and great restaurants and an easy drive from the airport. You won’t be disappointed.
