Esta hermosa villa se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo de Cape Coral. El lote está ubicado justo en el agua donde se puede disfrutar de la hermosa vista sobre el canal. El lanai tiene una hermosa piscina y una amplia área para cenar dentro de una acogedora sala de Florida.

La villa ofrece en total tres dormitorios, dos baños, sala de estar y comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada.

El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama King size y un vestidor. El baño principal tiene ducha y lavamanos doble. El segundo dormitorio principal también tiene una cama King size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El segundo y tercer dormitorio comparten el segundo baño.

El salón tiene mucho espacio para entretener a una familia numerosa. Uno de los sofás se puede desplegar en una cama Queen.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con refrigerador de tamaño completo, estufa, horno, microondas, lavavajillas y máquina de hielo, todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas. En el exterior hay una barbacoa de gas.

El barco en las fotos no está en alquiler.

Good house

Good house, could have had a few things in the kitchen like coffee filters, pot holders, towels etc. Next to busy road but rest of the street is nice. White chairs in peach room were stained. Maybe leave the book regarding the property out on the counter, didn’t find it till the end of the trip. Overall nice place to stay.

Great stay!

We have stayed at numerous rentals and this is a winner. It was well appointed throughout the house. Beds were comfy. Kitchen very well equipped (I love to cook). The pool was nice and heated well. The host was not only very responsive, she was proactive at times. We stayed for 2 months and rebooked for next year. :)

Comfortable but dated

Well appointed, bed was comfortable. Safe neighborhood but on the corner of a busy road. Several rooms in need of painting. That said we had everything we needed for a comfortable months stay.

Home away from Home!

We had a wonderful stay in this home during our first trip to FL! It appeared to have been rented a time or two, but overall it was impressively clean and spacious. It had almost everything we could have asked for (except for a full-length mirror for dressing for dinner and working out). While it sits close to the road, we still couldn’t get enough of the pool and canal. So picturesque! In addition, the house has a manual, which we found helpful, including beach and restaurant suggestions. We did have one hiccup with the pool, but the property manager responded immediately. We were very happy and already booked for next year! Maybe they’ll let us use the boat !

3 of Bedroom with adults size bed 😊

It was wonderful to have 3 bedrooms that accommodated three adult couples. The house was located in a great area easy access to manny amenities . Clean and well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs . Only complaint we had was the microwave oven stop working 2 days before we left . Reported it to property manager . But no one ever came to see about it . My husband is a good handyman and went through all the basic common sense trying to figure it out but didn’t have access to the electric box to find out if it was a blown fuse. Other than that I will definitely Recommend this property and would also use Vrbo again

Great house

Lovr the house. Any issues were addressed immediately. The bed in the third bedroom was not comfortable...the one closest to the door. We rebooked the house next year....that says it all. Thanks for a great stay.

Photos don't do justice

This place is great! Usually, the photos are better than the place, but this was backward. The house is much bigger and more comfortable than it looks in the pics. Lots of space for the kids to play, nice kitchen fully furnished with all we needed. The location is also good, close to the grocery store and pharmacy. Highly recommended!

Covid 19 rescheduled

The home was roomy, comfortable. Pool was a pleasure but would have enjoyed a few more toys as we flew and couldn’t bring any. King bed mattresses were hard and wish there was a kitchen broom. We called property mgr for pillowcases for the extra pillows in closets we used and exterminator for ant problem. Extra charge for electric bill was pricey and we were careful with air conditioning! Because of the Pandemic we could not come in April as planned and were told no refunds. Very frustrating, be aware! Obliged us to reschedule by Nov. We had to then come 15 days in Sept/Oct instead. It has been 19 days since departure and have still not received damage refund. Good location for groceries and needs.

Great house, heated pool, and access to canal

We stayed in the house for 2 weeks - first for Spring break, and then added one more week for remote work. The house was actually better than shown in the picture - for sure quite a bit larger that the pictures suggested, fully equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation, and with some beach chairs and umbrella for drives to the beaches in the area. The pool was great and could be heated, although we didn't find much need to do that as it was warm enough. There was one minor issue during our stay, and the management remedied it very promptly. We especially appreciate the very prompt and flexible communication with the management, especially as we were deciding ad-hoc on extending our stay for 1 week. Thank you, -Alex

Outstanding

Our stay was flawless! The house is spacious, big kitchen with all the utensils you need. Erin the property manager was always available if needed. Great views of canal. Close to shopping dining ECT... Safe neighborhood. Burrowing owls near by. We stayed 28 days and wished we could stay longer. Until the next time!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Nicely decorated, very nice linens and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Lovely pool that's heated. I would stay here again for sure!

No worries away from home.

Our 3 month stay in Villa Bonita was totally relaxing and very comfortable. We had a couple minor concerns which were promptly handled by the property manager assigned to us, Erin. Being on the canal watching mullet jump while having our morning coffee was a bonus. The location allowed us to have great walks daily. There are burrowing owls half a block from your front door and are fun to watch. The only reason I opted for a 4 star rather than 5 is the boat sitting on its lift by the canal is an eyesore.

Our stay was delightful, the home was clean and had lots of seating for our visiting family members. Location was great for our family who are located all over SW FL. We appreciated the lovely view of the canal - makes a big difference - you really feel like you are in FL! Just a note for future renters - contrary to the review from 2014, the pool is heated but the heater is turned off between guests. Vacanza LLC took great care of us, we had no needs during our stay but they scheduled a time to drop by and ensure we were good to go. (they will show you where the pool heater is :) Thank you for the rental - it provided a much needed break for our family.

Clean, comfortable, exactly as listed!

Vacanza rentals and the house manager were great in every way. The listing was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, well-maintained and very well appointed. The kitchen had more than adequate dishes, glasses, silverware -- even for a party with 15 guests. We would highly recommend this house and its location. Loved the Lobster Lady restaurant very near the house, as well as the fact that a Publix grocery store was within a mile of the house. It was great being on the canal. The master bed mattress is so comfortable, we came right home and purchased the same one for our own home. The only thing we were slightly disappointed in was the fact that the pool was not heated as it was just too cold for swimming since the pool is on the northeast side of the house -- but we knew that at the time of booking.
