- 5 miles from Pomona at blue barn.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed and amazing lake views. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed overlooking the lake also with amazing lake views. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. The study on the first floor has 1 twin bed. The bonus room has 2 bunk beds and 5 queen beds.

You can call me or text me anytime.

Quiet neighborhood, We have a Park on our street.

We have a long driveway and the house is set back behind another house. Please do not pull into neighbors driveways.
- We do not offer early check in, we need all the time to prepare the house for next guests arrival

- No shoes in the house, quiet hours after 9 pm. We have neighbors who we need to respect the noise levels.

- all ages are welcomed, however adults over 24 needed to sign lease agreement to rent the house and must remain at the house.

- We will be reaching out to you to sign our lease agreement and house rule sheet.

-Absolutely no parties or events

-Maximum occupancy is 16 guests at all times.

- Only registered guests allowed

-No local guests allowed to rent home

Wonderful Holiday Stay

This warm and welcoming house on the shores of Lake Ontario was perfect for a holiday stay. The house was very clean and the host is welcoming and responsive. The kitchen worked great for holiday cooking and everyone loved the relaxing loving spaces. Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit

We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and would love to come back again. We had more than enough room for 11 people and everything was lovely! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Wonderful lake house with amazing views!

Had a wonderful stay here with friends and family for a long weekend get together. The house was cozy, spacious, and relaxing. There were stellar views from just about every room overlooking the lake. Also, the game room in the garage was a blast! The owner was responsive, polite, and accommodating. I would 100% recommend staying here and definitely plan on coming back!

Excellent property, exactly what we needed

Beautiful location and very well furnished. We had family members coming in from Maine, NC and Brooklyn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. Close to the airport and major shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering.

Excellent for a group

My track and field athletes stayed here for the NCAA Championships. It was a perfect house for a group of athletes and their coaches. Beautiful, clean house. Incredible view. Well appointed.

Stunning views!

This stunning home has so many beautiful windows that give you constant views of Lake Ontario! The house is well equipped from the kitchen to the game room with many activities for kids and adults. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. Very clean and well maintained. We hope to return next year!

Family Gathering

We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. Beautiful sunsets, big kitchen with lots of windows. The games in the garage brought the competitive side out in all of us! Beds were comfortable and we felt at home. It was wonderful. Michelle was great to work with. Would recommend to families.

A Very Merry Christmas!

We enjoyed four nights at the home and have a great holiday visit. We had two families, 10 people total and had plenty of space. The cousins all enjoyed the bunk room! The property had a lovely tree and some great decorations to help us feel the spirit of the season. Thank you!

June Visit

We had a Thurs-Mon family visit - 3 generations. We did fun games. on the lawn, went to water spray pad at Greece, Abbotts Ice Cream, Strong Museum of Play, Playground at Parma/Hilton, Hamlin Beach State Park. Lots of time in the game room, and around tables, and most of the grandchildren sleeping in the big room.

Amazing house for a large families with kids

The lake house is a great house for a large group of families or friends with kids! The kids (8 of them, aged 4-10) were super excited to all sleep in one large room upstairs like a giant slumber party while the adults got peace and quiet in their own separate rooms. The garage converted into a game room was also a great bonus which the kids had a blast in one of the nights when it warmed up. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to spend any time outside since it‘s winter, but we’d love to come back in the summer sometime! The owner, Melissa, was also always in touch to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and when we had an unfortunate incident one of the nights with some plumbing related issues, she came herself in the middle of the night and also called a plumber to help resolve the issue. As a guest, we couldn’t ask for more from a host!

Great secluded lakehouse

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized lawn for yard games (front and back) Owner was easy to contact, within an hour we had a fresh propane tank after running out. Inside of the house is beautiful and clean Access to water is easy if you can climb over a break wall. Kayaks is a little more difficult, but with multiple people it can be done. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the posting didn't disclose how bug-filled this property is. **Fair warning** There are lots of bugs. There is a warning on the back patio door to keep the door closed after sunset... this is no joke. If we were to come back, I would bring tiki torches and other devices to help keep the bugs away. We stayed at the end of June for climate reference.

Thanks Patrick for the review, we sure do love this house and am so happy you did as well. As for the bugs, those are lake midges that come to all houses on the lake not just this house they look like a tiny tiny little fly. But when you have the lights minimal outside and blinds down inside after dark they go to another house with the lights on and not on our house. Unfortunately even with us having Orkin come out every two months lake midges are unavoidable for all lake houses. Sorry

Wedding Stay

We stayed at this house for my daughter's wedding and the house is fabulous!! I would highly recommend it and plan to stay again if the opportunity arises. The house is well appointed with plenty of beds for sleeping. The view of the lake is spectacular!

Awesome Family Time!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property to enjoy some family time with our extended family. This property is super clean and stocked with all sorts of fun games and entertainment to pass the time. It's also amazing for little ones to have some privacy in the giant loft space, while still being close to the adults. We highly recommend this place and the owner, she's very friendly, responsive and helpful in all aspects.

Great long weekend on the lake!

Wonderful time on the lake. House was clean and well set up. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and quick to fix any issues. We had a group of 6 adult and 9 kids from 7-13. A great time was had by all! We will definitively consider it for future trips!

Great for large party or multiple families

The property was simple but clean. There is a great garage space for the kids to do air hockey and play cards. There is a large room upstairs that can sleep multiple children very easily. Melissa was great to work with when we had questions.

Simply amazing!!

Great experience! Highly responsive property owner. She was super communicative and efficient. The house is in a beautiful setting and the home was well appointed with all the appliances we needed. It’s also so very nicely decorated. Absolutely beautiful. Great fire pit too. As previously stated, the midges were there, but that’s not specific to this property. If you want to be on a lake, you’re going to have to deal with these types of bugs. Definitely bring citronella candles. We’ve rented houses on lakes from Michigan to Vermont, and this was, by far, the nicest house. Just remember, there is no beach access in the backyard, but the listing (and pictures) make that clear. We used Hamlin Beach State Park for swimming, and it was great. We definitely plan on going back to this property.

Best sunsets ever.

Property was great. Everything worked and was in great shape. We were a large group coming from everywhere and there was plenty of parking and room to roam. Only drawback was access to the lake due to the necessary barrier for errosion. Would do it again.
