Two minute walk distance to the marina and all the charter fishing boats. Nature and a quiet time. Best views of the lake right from the porch or right out of the windows.

Why they chose this property

This is a very quiet waterfront community of Braddock bay, Greece. The house is within a two minute walk to a local marina, and sits right next to a private beach that can be accessed by house guests. Everything that you need is nearby. You can walk to a local restaurant, or launch your boat right onto the lake from the marina. There’s also a beautiful state park next to the property, with lovely Waterview trails for people that like to walk and hike. There’s also wonderful birdwatching along these trails.
