Amazing Waterfront Views at Our Happy Place

Relaxation at its best! Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath chalet overlooking Lake Granbury. King beds in each bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper. Fully furnished kitchen with staples. Three separate decks to lounge and fish. Relax with a waterfall/rain shower in master bath, and a rain shower on the main floor. Lake can be viewed from inside main level and upper level. Relax from inside the home or outside on any of three decks.
RENTAL POLICY MUST BE RETURNED WITH REQUEST FOR RENTAL. REQUESTS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL RENTAL POLICY IS RETURNED CORRECTLY.

The lake house is a perfect getaway for peace of mind and relaxation. Close to Dallas but you feel far away. Be sure to visit historic downtown Granbury for local fare.

It was a nice and quiet get away. The house was clean although if you have pet allergies I would not recommend it as it was evident that the owner has dogs.

Lake Granbury Mini Vacation

Cleanliness and comfort with an amazing view. At night the full moon’s glare off the lake lit up the patio and deck while swimming at night and fishing.

My name is Christy Kvapil. I am the daughter-in-law of the owner of this lake house. I am a retired school teacher who loves to spend time with family on the lake, traveling, and reading. The Kvapils hope you will enjoy Our Happy Place as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Ironically I spent a weekend in a lake house down the road years ago. I immediately fell in love with this area. The views are amazing, and the street is a very welcoming neighborhood. This area is away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to the amazing downtown Granbury. Lake, shopping, dining, it is all here!
