This gorgeous brand new home on the edge of downtown is the perfect spot for family and friends who want to experience all that Pensacola has to offer. This conveniently located home is a short ride to some of Pensacola's best restaurants, shops, and breweries. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it has room for your whole crew. The huge backyard and multiple covered porches are perfect for morning coffees or afternoon cocktails. The full kitchen is a chef's dream and the outdoor grill is ready for afternoon BBQs. Roast marshmallows on the fire pit near the huge old oak tree. Make family memories here that will last a lifetime. While the house was very nice and convenient to downtown and Pensacola Beach, the beds were not as advertised. They are not queen-size, but double beds and the one in the master bedroom downstairs was lumpy and the microfiber sheets did not fit the bed, nor were they comfortable.

Great home away from home!

This property was accurately described and represented both in photos and description. It was super clean and well appointed! It was great for us because we needed a spot that was a short drive to the Naval Air Station. It was close to the main areas of downtown and just required a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this location - just awesome! It was super easy to communicate with hosts and they were quick with responses.
