Come celebrate Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, or PensaCon at our cottage this February!
This cottage is located 3minutes from Navy Point Park & Beach, 10 min from downtown's vibrant scene & 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing). Also, located near Bayou Grande. This private 1946, pet-friendly home is 100% smoke free. Enjoy our seasonal, complimentary hot cocoa bar. IF BRINGING A PET, there is a $50.00 FLAT FEE (included for up to 3 pets) Pup amenities will be provided: X - large dogbeds, dog bowls, toys, crate, dog sofa cover, snacks. There is no breed or weight restrictions when it comes to pups (other than them being well behaved); but guests have to let us know so the proper amenities will be ready. This home has 3-bedrooms, 1-bathroom with original hardwood floors. If you like to "unplug" there's a reading nook in the master bedroom with a variety of books. This property has a comfy sleeper chair & soft blankets for movie nights. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed with a removable, fitted, soft mattress topper to adjust the softness of the beds & a hygienic mattress protector that get vacuumed between each guest stay. There is a white noise machine in each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot for home cooked meals. The bathroom boasts a jetted bathtub with complimentary bubble bath. There is a back deck plant oasis. Amenities like high speed Internet, board games, heating, AC, high-speed WiFi, & Netflix. 50 inch TV in living room and 40 inch Roku TV in master bedroom. Fully fenced property and converted yellow shed/game room with ping pong, foosball, and corn hole for hours of fun.We can provide a full size crib & a high chair if needed.Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, beach balls & toys are provided. Perfect for, families, event-goers, business travelers, pet parents & honeymooners. There is a backyard plant oasis & outdoor dining room table & plenty of outdoor seating. The cottage is centrally located: just minutes away from front gate at NAS & 15-20 from Pensacola Beach. Rideshares like Uber & Lyft are available.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
My husband and I wanted to get away from the busy city life, we decided to make beautiful Pensacola our home. Our neighborhood is quiet, we are walking distance from a supermarket, 7 minutes from Sander's Beach (great for fishing) & 3 minutes away from a great seafood restaurant, 10 minutes from downtown & depending on traffic 15 to 20 minutes away from Pensacola Beach. Pensacola is very dog friendly, dogs are accepted almost everwhere, including many beaches. Cool places to hang out everywhere: Blue Wahoo Stadium, Goofy Golf (visit one of the oldest golf courses in the country with great prices & they have a 20 foot tall T-Rex); a must see for kids, Roger Scott Dog Park (nice park with small & large pups areas), National Aviation Museum-3.3 miles from our cottage, we also have great eateries like MiSu street food (delicious truck food), the Garden at Palafox+Main, Scenic 90 Cafe, Joe Patty's Seafood, the Fishouse, Shrimp Basket, Bubba's Sweet Spot (4 mi. away & great sweets), & all are dog friendly.

Family friendly,bright, airy,peaceful, on a quiet street, cottage restored to former glory with modern appliances & amenities. 10 min from downtown, 7min from Sander's Beach. Big fenced yard, beautiful covered front porch and spacious back deck with solar string lights, luscious plants & a grill. Outdoor dining table great for al fresco dining. We have a game room with foosball, ping pong table, corn hole set & much more. We also have beach gear available (beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler on wheels, beach toys, a picnic basket etc...). Ultimately, we are trying to create lasting memories for our guests & their pups.
