We are unfortunately no longer able to accept short term stays. But we invite you to really settle in for a month or more and get a feel for Hudson and experience the unique quiet history of this schoolhouse property, nestled right between Cedar Park and the Hudson city cemetery.
This country craftsman schoolhouse has 4 renovated 750 Sq. ft classroom lofts, each with it's own private back entrance. I guess there's no need to tout the perks of this place, being in a park setting, totally removed from any living soul with acres and acres to stroll and explore. it's a 7 minute stroll to Warren st through the cemetery short cut!!

Such a fun spot!

Laura-Ann is a wonderful host. We loved the art everywhere in the unit, the grounds are beautiful and good for walking ( and quiet!), and the bed was super-comfortable. We’d definitely like to return!

Little Gem

Nestled in Hudson, is this gem of a property. 5 minutes away from every where I had to go. Dog friendly, which is a added plus. Laura is a wonderful host.

Spectacular Stay!

Every aspect of this stay was amazing! The property itself is beautiful and the room was the most unique I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing host who made me feel like I was an old friend. Amazing accommodations with one of the most comfortable beds you’ll ever find. If you’re looking for a stay you won’t soon forget, this is it!

Unique environment and setting

If you like historic architecture, art and the bucolic setting of a cemetery, you will appreciate this place. All within minutes of the main streets of downtown Hudson. We loved staying here. Laura was great in communicating about check-in and quickly got us settled into the place.

Fantastic owner!

Laura was so kind, generous, and thoughtful, and the apartment became my oasis when the hustle, bustle and stress of Christmas felt almost overwhelming. The park-like setting was quiet and beautiful...perfect for strolling with the dog. The character of the building is a wonderful step back in time as well.I cant wait to return in the summer!

Graveyard Gem

A one of a kind rental, set in the middle of a graveyard, which evoked fond memories of old horror movies! Its location was a 2 minute drive to the center of Hudson and close to everything. The listing was large and comfortable with quirky artwork covering all the walls. Our host was very sweet and caring. A unique Vrbo listing which would be perfect Halloween getaway!

Amazing host

I cannot say enough about Laura Ann's generosity and loveliness. She collected mw from the station and drove me to a few places as I was there on an emergency trip as someone close to me was dying. Her place was so convenient for me as it was near to the hospital. Now that my person has died, there is no reason for a return trip to Hudson for me (especially as I live in the UK). But, if I know anyone who wants to head upstate, I would not hesitate to recommend Laura Ann's place. Thank you, Laura Ann, for making a terrible trip a little more bearable. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

This property is very unique and the pics are accurate. We were very comfortable there. It’s a short drive to downtown Hudson (5 min) and the host was very communicative. We had a dog with us and she was very supportive, leaving treats.
