This amazing three level home features countless sleeping arrangements and a spacious backyard. Also, the Lake Tahoe location means there will always be exciting things to do nearby. Check out these views!

Inside the home there are four bedrooms. The gorgeous master has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and stunning views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a queen plus a twin, and the fourth has a king plus a twin bed. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen and ample places to comfortably sit and enjoy the view.

Amenities in this rental home are superb. As stated, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a large kitchen table. There is a spacious tub in the master bathroom, two decks, a patio, and even a waterfall. Additionally, it is a luxury accommodation meaning it features only the finest furnishings. But, one of the best amenities this home has to offer are the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains.

The beautiful surrounding Tahoe area has numerous adventure activities to offer! Only a short drive away is shopping, casinos, Heavenly Skiing and Lake Tahoe.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

Fantastic friends getaway in Tahoe

This house was perfect for our friends reunion in Tahoe. Only a short drive to the beach. The house was spacious with lots of sitting options inside and outside. Fit us comfortably and the views are UNMATCHED. The owners were easy to work with and answered in timely manner. I would book again!

We had a lovely stay at this rental December 23-30. We ran into some housing complications with a another rental property shortly before our stay, and the host made our lives significantly easier and was very accommodating of our needs during this hectic time. The house is well furnished, clean, welcoming and stocked full of essentials. It’s a very comfortable house with the most spectacular view, and had more than enough space for all of us. The host is super kind, caring and thoughtful. The communication is easy. We had a great time at this proprets , and if we’re ever in the area again, will definitely look to rebook! Thanks!

It’s just Okay

Location was good but driveway was really bad that you can scratch the bottom of the car every time you enter in and out from the road. House was clean but only 1 bedroom was comfortable to stay. Others were too small to move around. It says it could sleep 10 people but it’s only good for 8 Adults. Other 2 beds are for kids. 1 bathroom is comfortable to take shower another one has shower to low that average people would not be able to take shower without bending. There is no air conditioner so if anyone needs the cold air they have to open all windows and make sure to close it when you go out every time. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or sugar available so make sure you take it with you. There was no laundry detergent to wash the clothes so please take it with you. There was only one paper towel in each bathroom so if you run out, you have to buy it from outside. No sandwich bags in the kitchen No garbage bags once you use the current one. There is a sign that says they will charge you if you use the napkins to remove the make up. There is also a sign that says Don’t make noise, their neighbor would not like it. I haven’t seen all these in my previous rental places so it was really shocking to me.

Nice property plenty of room fast trip to casino. This house is great for adults I will take in consideration for young kids all carpets are white. Felt like I was constantly on the kids about drinks. Great experience great stay wouldn’t second-guess it for adults only

Stay At Your Own Risk!

The house is clean and has nice views but that’s it. The property mgr is horrible and provided conflicting info from the owner. At one point, the owner accidentally texted me with a derogatory text and was talking about me w/ the property mgr. Main issues - Driveway is steep & narrow - in snow even with 4WD & snow tires, you cannot make it up to the garage. A death trap.Imagine having an infant or children on this driveway & how many times we had to walk up & hoped we didn’t break our necks. Son fell 2x but was so tired of trying to get owner & property mgr to care. Owner says you need chains to get up driveway and again property mgr non-existent. Reply we got & I have tons of emails to prove it is the property is non-refundable even if you cannot drive through weather conditions. Nice - The house is full of small rugs everywhere that doesn’t make sense - trip hazard at best so again have to be navigated. - House runs on forced air heating w/ only one t-stat. A house this size on one t-stay is a joke - took 6 hours to warm up so we kept our jackets on in the middle of the night. Next day, you can go in one room & freeze & then go to the toilet where it’s a sauna. The joke is the owner & property mgr don’t know how uncomfortable it is. Instead they called me names on a text & said the text was about someone else. - Signs in house re makeup on towels that you’d get charged for if it can’t be removed - for price paid, nickel & diming for 5.99 towels is insulting.

Great stay!

House was spacious and big enough for the group we had come, everyone had a bed. Location is very close to south lake activities (golf, casinos, beach, etc). Would consider this when coming again in the summer!

Great home with stunning views. Great place for a family reunion.

Great location - close to businesses, but still very serene, and secluded. The views! The views!! Writing won't do justice to the views. Even the night skies looking up from the deck are amazing! Don't forget to bring your binoculars and enjoy those stars! Clean, well managed and maintained property. Prompt communication from the host. I will be back here again for sure!

Amazing views

Pros: The house is beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Everything thing was great. Cons: The only downside was the furniture is a bit worn out in living area and dining area. Also maybe take the pool and pingpong table out of the ad. Other than that the stay was great!!! Thanks for the stay. RW.

Clutter of furnitures

The place did not match the descriptions. Not enough space to walk around since the place was filled with furnitures. Master bedroom was the only spacious place. The check in process was horrible. Contacting them for WiFi info or checkin process was a nightmare. View was good but other than that, not worth the price. Decided to stay here based on the photos, but regretted it.
