This spacious and fabulously located beach front home is situated in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Beautifully furnished for luxurious indoor and outdoor living. This one of a kind home sleeps 14 comfortably in beds. This has the best location of any lakefront home in South Lake Tahoe; within walking distance of all you will need to do on your vacation. 5 Nt. Minimum 4th of July... 3 Nt. Minimum non-holiday...

THE RESERVATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN OUR CONTRACT AND SEND IT BACK WITH A COPY OF YOUR ID. THIS IS REQURED BY THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.

YOU MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT ALL LOCATIONS INCLUDING THIS ONE. :)

New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, you must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway. This home fits 4 cars.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $75 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). The perfect place for a bachelor’s weekend

I stayed here with 13 other friends for my bachelor’s weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us and the backyard was incredible. We barely left the place over 3 full days cause we loved the spot so much. Highly recommend.

Great location

We loved our stay at the house. So much to do for kids/teens, and adults. Location is perfect and so quiet. We loved it...even if the check in/out process was a little inconvenient. Also, the TV....the remotes and all that entails should be easier to work. Overall a fantastic place and will be back again!

Can’t beat the location !

The location of this house is amazing! You really can’t beat having your own private beach. It was perfect for our family. The house is older and could use updates. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, the house could use some updates overall. It was ideal location wise but with upgrades would be stellar!

South Lake Tahoe Waterfront

A group of friends and I had a great stay here-perfect location on the water (including grill/fire pit) in South Lake Tahoe and plenty of room for everyone to stay. Grocery store is right across the street which is handy as well. Only odd thing about the home is either using the elevator (which was at times difficult to open) or exterior stairs to move between levels of the house, as there are no interior stairs.

Great spot. Bad check in process

There are some quirks to this place. But it’s a great option for large groups. It’s in a good spot with a great view. The two floors are effectively separated you have to go outside or in a very slow elevator. The checkin process is weird. It’s weird in 2023 to need to go across town to get a key and not just have a door code or lock box. Checkin location isn’t really close either

Memorial weekend

Loved being right on the lake! Only three available parking spots available (not four as stated). Had issue with child getting shocked by touching broken switch , handyman sent out right away after my call to replace! Vacuum did not pickup the anything on the tile floor and didn’t find broom in garage until last day. Carpet definitely needs replacing.

Good place - upstairs cut off from the main floor

Pros - spacious - good kitchen - loads of beds/linens - Very good bathrooms with fabulous showers! (perfect water pressure) Cons- - Only way to access 2nd floor (from indoors) is an old elevator, which got stuck multiple times during our stay. It didnt seem very safe to let the kids go up and down on their own. Wish the stairs were indoors. The upstairs felt cut off from downstairs. - extra bedding was smelly. probably need a good wash. Overall, a good place. Right in the middle of everything. Very accessible from everywhere. Would stay again, if the staircase situation is fixed.

Everything was bad.

First off, the house was really dirty there was dog hair everywhere. Also the smoke detectors beeped all the time meaning they need new batteries. The downstairs bathroom had a trey underneath the sink the trey overflowed and started leaking(there was mold around it meaning it’s been leaking that for a while). The outside barbecue wasn’t working properly only one burner worked. The heater took around 5 hours to heat up.

Tahoe family reunion

We had a wonderful time with family. The view and the beach were the best parts. The house needs a lot of work. Screens missing and broken on the sliding doors, old furniture, the king bed was a day bed with the trundle with a random sock left underneath. Lots of broken items left in the closets. The pool table is stained and the cues were poor. No instructions for the tv and sound system. We got wood for the fire pit and the neighbor had to tells us that no open flames allowed., heavy fines from the city. The air conditioner did not work well, lucky it was cool at night . It did include a boat in the description but that was if you rented one from next door. The outside shower did not work. For the price we paid it was not what was expected.

Ran down, needs TLC and better communication

We stayed here at the end of July, the backyard/direct beach access was everything but everything else failed reasonable expectations. There was several missing screen on windows and sliding doors, blinds did not work in majority of the rooms and kitchen. Windowsill was filthily with bugs and dirt. There was no functioning hoses to rinse you feet off to go in and out side, nor a in door-out door mat to use. The outdoor shower does not work either. The pool table was covered in stains, felt was coming off the pool table, pool ques barely had tips if at all, no child size pool sticks either. The AC does not work well at all and good luck trying to take advantage of cooling the house at night since majority of the screens are missing and of course there are naturally a lot of bugs by the lake in the evenings this time of year. I can tell you I book this during covid times and paid a very steep premium to what it is going for now so, with that in mind as well I expected a well kept, clean and functioning home.

Previous Reviews are Accurate

As the previous reviews describe, this is an accurate 4.1 star listing. We had a dozen of us for a Bachelor party and the house was perfect for that. Considering the circumstances, we were fine with a house that was dinged up but we left the house cleaner than when we got it. Pros: the location is incredible. Private beach front and views are top notch in Tahoe. The house is big with plenty of beds, hangout rooms, space, etc. The house is pretty soundproof and not too close to the one neighbor. Cons: having to actually pick up the physical keys from an office was a bit unique, instead of a more normal door code or lock box. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separated and you have to use the elevator or the outside stairs which was bizarre and inconvenient for a big group. There were no mats/rugs when you get inside so it allows sand and dirt to get everywhere. The house is beat up, multiple smoke detectors upstairs are detached with no batteries. The beach had some garbage from the previous renter(s). There’s a lot of accumulated junk in the garage, shed, closets, everywhere. The description says you can fit 4 cars but it is barely possible, we had to move items out of the garage to squeeze 2 sedans in the garage. There were way too few towels, we maybe had 12 in the entire house which seems fine, but not when you have that amount of people, there were no backups anywhere. The tv setups were pretty confusing and fairly old (stereo, no aux hookup). Wifi was slow

Amazing view and great house

The house was more than what we expected and there’s a great view and being on the lake was great! Plenty of room for many people. We had two different families and were able to split up into the two floor levels and it worked out great.
