Fully stocked kitchen, all queen beds, Fully furnished rooms and gas fire place. Central air and heat and gas water heater. TV available for movies. Located just a short walk from popular restaurants such as hooters, red lobster, and many other popular eateries. Kroger supermarket is a very short walk away. Available for masters week 2023. Short distance from downtown.

We live locally near this home. Grew up in New York. College graduates Niagara university and University of New Haven. Love to travel ourselves and know what we prefer in a vacation rental so we tried to provide the same amenities.

Why they chose this property

This area is very popular in Augusta due to its proximity to Augusta National golf course and so many other local golf courses. Property is also very close to downtown Augusta.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this home because it is tucked away in a quiet safe neighborhood. It also doesn’t look like a 3 bedroom home but it is very spacious in all 3 bedrooms. Also, it’s proximity to everything makes it very attractive.
