There will be NO PARTIES or social gatherings allowed on the premises. The home is under surveillance and if there are any visitors on the property without my direct consent you will accessed a $300 fine plus additional fees that may include cleaning costs and damages.

Fees:
$300 for any persons on the premises that are not indicated on the guests reservation.

$150 for smoking inside of the home.

$100 for violating the quiet hours. Any loud socializing past quiet hours could result in an additional fine of $300.

$50 missing keys, ceiling fan remotes and TV remotes.

$50 and up to $300 for missing or damaged items of any kind.

$50 for excessive trash not placed in the trash bin out outside. (this includes trash left on the lawn[ to also include but not limited to cigarettes])

Additional fines may be accessed starting at $300 and higher for violating any of the rules above.
