If I could give this rental 10 out of 5 stars, I would! It was the perfect place for our baseball family and made our tournament trip even better. After long days at the ball field, having a place we loved coming back to made all the difference.Travel baseball families, this is your spot! We will absolutely be staying here every time we come down for a tournament. We’ve found our home away from home!

This rental was great! The villa was bright and clean. Decor was perfect. Every amenity was carefully thought out and available to the guests. Would absolutely come here again.

Everything about our stay was amazing!! It had all the comforts of home, a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, everything you could possibly need for beach or pool days, fishing poles and lures for dock fishing, kayaks, paddleboards, games…. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property...excellent and convenient location directly on a canal within Cape Coral. Good proximity for a drive to Pine, Sanibel, and Captiva islands. Perfectly clean, well equipped, and great for relaxing overlooking the canal on the screened lanai or the tiki hut on the dock.

Our host Jesse was incredible throughout our entire stay, and we will be staying with him again on future vacations! He is just the sweetest man and he checked up on my best friend and I to make sure we were safe and everything was to our liking! The home was IMMACULATE and beautiful. Exactly as described, and shown in pictures. We couldn't have had a better stay. Everything was clean, bright, and tidy. The lanai was my favorite place to be. Beds were so comfortable. The property was quiet and the views were priceless. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well kept when we went to look.Closets were stocked with everything needed like extra linens, and towels. Fridge has an icemaker and filtered water. Lots of space! Master closet had everything you need for the beach from towels to beach chairs and an umbrella. That was SO HELPFUL! and saved us some money from having to rent them! If only all vacation accommodations were as easy as this! From start to finish it was perfect, and I left with some of the best memories I have ever made. Thank you Jesse

My family and I planned a vacation last minute and this was the place. My wife and I visited almost a year ago and just knew our kids would love it. We literally never left the location. Everything is there, that you need. The hosts are amazing as well. I've never met them in person, but I left feeling like we're family. Go see for yourself, but take care of it because we'll be back.

What a wonderful place, peaceful and so cozy! The host Jesse is so easy to reach, checked in with me throughout my stay to. see how my vacation was going! It has every amenity you could think of! Beautiful pans and dishes, even some spices for cooking, you feel right at home!! I can’t say enough about the place!! Highly recommended!! Thank you Jesse it was just perfect!

I just spent 5 nights here with my wife and two small kids. The check-in process was incredibly simple and convenient. The place was very very clean. My wife is picky with cleanliness and she was impressed. It is right on a canal which we took full advantage of a kayak and paddleboard left for us. We also heavily utilized the very private pool just steps away.Every morning we had iguanas greet us at the bottom of the steps to the dock which we utilized to fish and the poles that are available. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone seeking a vacation with water. We spent two days on the canal, 1 day at a nearby water park, and 2 days visiting different beaches collecting shells. My family and I had a blast and this rental was a big reason why. My kids already asked if we can come back next summer.

We stayed for a month at Jesse’s condo in Cape Coral and had a great experience. The place was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped—felt like home right away.The amenities, especially the pool and kayaking, were a big plus, and the location made it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and beaches.Jesse clearly pays attention to the details. We’d definitely stay here again.

Jesse was very welcoming, even reaching out the 2nd day to see if we needed anything! No problems, very serene place & well stocked! We would definitely stay again!
We were eating breakfast one morning in screened in lanai & this guy showed up on the boardwalk.

Fabulous stay!

This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and we had a wonderful time. The property has absolutely everything you could ever need and is spotlessly clean. The owner is very responsive and check in was a breeze.

Our stay was amazing! We needed some time away from our normal hectic lives, and this place fit us perfectly. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying a beverage, or kayaking the canals, or morning coffee on the lanai, watching the iguanas, or taking a walk around the block and watching the burrowing owls. The house was spotless, and Jesse the property manager was so kind. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful host and modern villa with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay at Jesse’s villa. He was an amazing host. We spent 5 days here. It’s only a short ride to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach. We enjoyed days at the pool, shopping, and a few days over by Sanibel, Venice Beach, and Captiva Island.
