Summer is the best time to be in the mountains- book now for the best rstes! Easy access to all the amenities of Summit County: six world-class ski resorts within 45 minutes, Frisco Adventure Park, Lake Dillon, and thousands of acres of national forest trails and the Eagle's Nest Wilderness. Watch wildlife from the sunny south-facing windows and breathe the fresh mountain air in this spacious, family-friendly 2-bedroom condo. Shopping at Silverthorne outlets 5 minutes away. Great restaurants and breweries nearby! Take advantage of the excellent public transportation throughout Summit County from the convenient bus stop steps away.

This 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a loft bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms, including a newly remodeled primary bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The fridge and pantry are stocked with basics. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the private deck and watch wildlife such as moose, martens, foxes, and lots of birds in a peaceful forest setting.

While pets are not for permitted for renters, we do bring our dog to the condo so please be aware there could be pet dander if you are allergic.

WE DO NOT PERMIT SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CONDO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU SMOKE ANYTHING IN OUR CONDO.

This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

We welcome all guests to enjoy our space and encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folx to stay. This condo has a lot of steps and may not be comfortable for people with some disabilities but please contact us for more information.

Family Ski trip

Great property. Enjoyed very much. It Just got a bit warm in the late afternoon on sunny days. There were fans to help with that.

A GREAT place to stay in the Mountains and to hit the slopes

This property was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our ski trip perfect. It was a short drive to Keystone & Breckenridge and not too much further to Vail. I appreciated the covered parking spot when it snowed and the back porch for evening relaxing. There was almost nothing to be disappointed in with this place.The drive up the hill to get to the property is longer than it looks on a map but was well maintained and plowed when it snowed.

Great place with fantastic views

Great place to stay. Comfortable space with plenty of room. Unfortunately the clubhouse was closed for maintenance while we were there so I can’t speak to those amenities, condo itself was great though.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. The newly remolded master bath was very nice. (Liked all the shelving in there to put our personal items on). Location was great. Would stay again.

Weekend getaway to enjoy Buffalo mountain.

Rachel was the best host. She was super responsive and very easy to work with. The condo was in the perfect location for trail access, was clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo and location, very peaceful and gorgeous views! We saw a moose in the back yard, that was special. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of fans and blankets, bathrooms were stocked with lots of room to put personal items. A great place to stay!

Lovely Condo

I stayed here during the summer. Very beautiful condo. Felt very secluded, no noise from neighbors. Keep in mind that like many mountain homes this condo does not have air conditioning. There was a bit of a heat wave when I visited, and it was warming inside than I would have liked but not uncomfortable.

Great Ski Trip Stay

The property is very clean and very well stocked. The layout was also perfect for a family of 4. We stayed here to ski at Keystone and Breckenridge and the condo is positioned roughly in between these resorts. It is a bit further of a drive than we expected due to how the roads are laid out. However, for the price you won't find a better deal near the slopes and there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

Wonderful property

Property was very warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had a smoke alarm beeping when we got there and with one call, the owner came over and fixed it. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Great first vrbo experience

This was our first vrbo experience and it was a positive one. Sweet spot. Great layout. Property manager was thoughtful in making sure needs were met. We have 2 in our party who have pet allergies and I may have mistaken "no pets" to mean there hadn't been pets in the space, but there had been. Live and learn. Recommend this spot to others.

Issues

The bed in the master bedroom had a cheap memory foam pad, the comforter in the master bedroom had sand or dirt all over it at the foot of the bed, the chairs and the BBQ on the balcony were filthy and had to be cleaned before use. The showers had very poor pressure.

This was a gem of a little condo for the price. Close to trailheads and quiet and peaceful. The owners were nice and the condo was in very good condition.

Quiet Spot near hiking trails

The condo was pleasant and sunny with a nice view out from the balcony. We were able to walk to two hiking trails and avoid parking limitations. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway

Condo was among lots of other vacation condos and the neighborhood was quiet over the Labor Day weekend. Beautiful scenery all around. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Everything worked, and there were enough pots and pans in the kitchen if someone wanted to cook. Overall a nice stay and we would rent again.
