We've rented several units in this building over the years and this one is definitely the nicest. It's like renting a two bedroom suite at a top hotel. Walking distance to the marina. We rented a pontoon boat and tooled around the lake for a couple of hours. We highly recommend that activity. No prior boating experience required. It's also walking distance to the Dillon Amphitheater. What an amazing, intimate venue to see live music. Our host, Beverly, was very prompt and thorough with communications regarding the condo. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

Great condo

This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it for mainly two reasons a heated garage and an elevator but the condo itself is beautiful. It’s got a gas fireplace beautiful TV with all the channels you can ask for dining table seating eight king bed in the master with a beautiful shower a fully loaded kitchen missing nothing and we love to cook so we cooked every night . The condo is also located near plenty of shops, movies, restaurants, grocery store and also three major ski resorts, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, which is our favorite.

Beautiful condo!

Amazing condo! A spacious and comfortable living area with beautiful views of the mountains. The condo was spotless and full with basic supplies. The warmed garage was a big bonus! We skied in Keystone which was only a 10 minutes drive.

Amazing luxury place to stay

We would definitely come back, neighborhood is very quiet . Very nice place to stay with beautiful view, my kids loved he place . Beverly was very helpful , always available to answer questions and took care of everything that we had issue with . Thank you for great stay

Summer Birthday Relaxation

Our birthday get away weekend was wonderful. A day trip for a history lesson and hike to the Matchless Mine and then to National Mining Museum in nearby Leadville. Condo was perfectly situated in Dillon nearby the lake and amphitheater for easy walking. Parking included with the condo is definitely an added benefit.Condo is well equipped and decorated. Can’t go wrong no matter your interests. Host Beverly is a 5 star too.

A minion reasons why it was awesome!

This place was super spiffy down to every last detail! The decoration, the location, the communication from the owner… all just beyond expectations! We were able to walk to dinner, to the marina and drive to other spots so close.. owner was so supportive

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at this condo, everything was as it appears in the pictures and if anything was even nicer in person. The place was spotless, with nice furniture and artwork, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the indoor parking spot in the heated garage since it was snowy and in the low teens or single digits while we were there. My elderly parents didn't have to walk across snow and ice to get inside. It's a very comfortable place to stay, we would definitely stay again.

Loved this Beautiful Mountain View Condo

What a beautiful, well-appointed, immaculate and comfortable condo with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The fireplace was delightful and kept the unit cozy. Bev responded quickly to our questions with helpful information. We loved having a heated garage space so we didn't have to go out into the snow flurries! Would definitely go here again.

Great Getaway - Luxury stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Dillon. The condo is beautiful, cozy, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen is really well stocked. It is such a great location. We loved the close proximity to the lake and enjoyed walks along the lake with such beautiful views. It is also so close to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain if you are wanting to ski. Beverly was informative and responsive and made our trip easy with a huge amount of local info. We did a lot of exploring. We will definitely be back again for a longer visit - thanks for a great getaway!

We think Dillon is the hidden gem of Summit County. Shhhh...don't tell anyone!

We love to spend time in Dillon in the WINTER for obvious reasons...just minutes to the ski slopes of Keystone or A-Basin, a quick drive to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Vail or Beaver Creek. We love having the choice of choosing the best snow day and having easy access to six world-class resorts! We also love the winter activities on Lake Dillon, just steps from the condo, including cross country skiing, ice fishing, ice skating or a beautiful walk across the frozen lake. It's amazing! We also love that there is tubing, snow mobiling, sleigh rides and more just down the road!

As for the SUMMER, we almost love Dillon more! Just steps from the lake, we love kayaking, SUP'ing, fishing, renting a pontoon boat, the Tiki Bar and outdoor movies and concerts at Dillon Amphitheater. We love bike rides to Frisco or Keystone along the lake bike path. We love the endless choices of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. We love dining on an outdoor patio in this beautiful mountain setting.

Dillon has some wonderful local restaurants, walkable from the condo -- or many, many more options a short drive down the road.

A lake, beautiful surrounding mountains, parks and so much more -- this is the perfect place to spend a few days or a whole getaway - year round!
