Family Vacation 2025

The online check in was not functioning but I was able to check in with ease once I arrived at the realty office. The place was clean and close to all the fun at Dewey. We had a concert on our deck from the Bottle and Cork several times There is no iron and ironing board as listed. A blender would be a great addition to the kitchen. The parking is less than ideal. Made for smaller cars and suvs.

Great Location- poor property management

This location is AMAZING, a block and a half to the beach, a block to the bay, right in the heart of Dewey (it is pretty loud). The condo is small but has what you need. I didn’t realize it was a 3rd floor condo so note that. Above all though, the property management company nickel & dimes you and offers little amenities. Literally no toilet paper, beds not made, makes you go to the office to pick up and drop off keys, charges crazy booking fees, still hasn’t returned my security deposit, poor response.

Beach week

Check in was easy fast and efficient. Everything at property was fine - except no broom or vacuum to clean during the week which is not ideal. Linen service was a great option to have. Check out was easy. Property is as described.

Great Location in Dewey

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. The location is perfect - right in the center of Dewey Beach, one block to the Bay and a block and a half from the Beach. Rooms are spacious and we’re comfortable for our group during our stay. Kitchen has most of the stuff you need to cook tool / utensil wise. Only quibble - wish there was a better hose in the garage for cleaning off sand. The hose was broken and it made it hard to clean off when getting back in the house. All in all - a great place in Dewey, would highly recommend!

Nice Location - Poor Mgmt

We arrived and the number on the building was completely different than the address in the Lease. Apparently this was a recent change but the company needs to update their paperwork. We tried to call the helpline and didn’t receive any assistance but it was after hours (~10pm on a Saturday) so it is understandable. However, we had left a message with the messaging service and didn’t hear back from the management company until Thursday (4 days later). Additionally, the linens were also left at the wrong unit. The unit itself was not clean (hairs on the couch, dirty pillowcases, and dirty bathrooms to just mention a few examples. The location was great but the mgmt left much to be desired.
