This luxury condominium is beautifully appointed, boasting a kitchen fully set up for a cook for those quiet nights in. Eating out? Got that covered too with "downtown" Dewey steps away, and easy access to even more fabulous restaurants in Rehoboth.

Private heated infinity pool, and recreation rooftop (best enjoyed in the early evenings as the sun sets. Bay side building only a block to the beach. 4 communal propane grills and 4 firepits for your evening enjoyment

The complex has a restaurant on site from which you may order room service.

Private parking for 2 cars.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn down the beds that you used and we will take care of the sheets from there. Please place all used towels on the laundry room floor.
Please take the trash to the trash room, including emptying the refrigerator.
Please be sure to leave the card keys and the pool bands on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
During the season, there is a 4-night weeknight minimum. Weekends require Friday thru Sunday. Holiday weekends are the weekend plus the holiday.
There are no Saturday check-ins or check-outs.
We might consider a shorter stay if it is continuous to an existing reservation Please ask if you are unsure. Thank you
