Dockside Dreams is the perfect waterfront house with easy beach & sound access. This stylishly decorated home comfortably sleeps 10; one luxurious king in the master overlooking the water, 3 more queen beds plus a queen sofa sleeper. The fully-equipped kitchen opens up into the living & dining areas, creating plenty of space and an at home feel. The house sits on a deep water canal with easy access to the Santa Rosa Sound. With a public launch nearby, you'll be able to bring your own boat or jet skis or rent them with ease. There is plenty of room in the driveway for a boat or jet ski trailer. Fishing, boating, kayaking & paddle boarding all can be done right from the back yard! Enjoy the sunrise on the back deck and sunsets on the front. Plenty of storage and parking at this newly updated home on a quiet street on Navarre Beach. Just a short walk or drive to the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sand beaches. Beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas provided with your stay. 2 pets allowed with $100 pet fee.

Great location and pet friendly

We loved having yard for dog. So close to beach. Awesome open kitchen/dining/living area, very conducive to family time and game night. Only complaint was neighbor’s dog, made it difficult to enjoy outdoor area. They barked quite a bit.

Clean, spacious and just right.

Exactly what we needed. We were meeting friends from out of town that rented a house on the water down the way. We didn't spend much time here but it would have been a great place to just hang out and chill. Especially if we had a boat. It was clean and comfortable and out host was prompt and easy to communicate with. Great place. Enjoy!

Jill’s house is very nice, big and comfortable. We love it!

Jill’s property was spacious and had everything we need for a perfect beach get a away. Jill even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and even boogie boards which my kids enjoyed a lot! 10/10 stay.

Just what we needed

The property was close to the beach yet far enough to have a quiet evening after fishing or playing on the beach. Excellent neighbors! The kids loved being able to walk out the back door and fish.

We had a great time

There were 10 of us, ranging in ages from 1 to 64. We loved sitting on the deck and watching family fish off the dock. The house was great. The kitchen was wonderful. We played games in the living room at night. This is a great place to stay.

Most relaxing place we have stayed

We live in Navarre. We had friends and family come in town for a baby shower for our daughter who is having our first grandbaby, a girl! We just wanted a place to stay and relax for a few days and celebrate this little blessing of addition to our family. The beach house was everything and much more. It's beautiful inside and the breeze on the porch is great. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrellas provided for the beach. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended to all our friends and family. This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! Also very easy to get in touch with the owner and very helpful if you were to need them❤

Great stay @ Navarre beach

Our family enjoyed our first vacation since the pandemic started at this property. The house was very well appointed and Jill made sure that it was well stocked and also showed her attention to detail to ensure her guests are comfortable. The Navarre beach is just a few min away and was beautiful and not crowded. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas for use at the property. We noticed some of the beach umbrellas were broken and Jill promptly had replacements shipped that arrived during our stay. Overall, we had a great time and I would strongly recommend this property for a relaxing family beach vacation..

Nice and Relaxing

Very nice place and just as described. A short walk to the beach or drive to the beach with restrooms, pavilions, and outside showers. We greatly enjoyed staying. Plus Jill was awesome to work with. We liked there were less visitors in Navarre than Destin. There were only 3 of us but lots of room for a bigger family. Sunrise on the back deck was beautiful.
