Great property. It was clean quite easy to find. I was able to park in the driveway off street was great. Will absolutely stay here again.

Nice little suite,

We were happy with the location. Unfortunately, the suite was not cleaned and ready; the bed was unmade, and a stack of wet, dirty towels was left on the kitchen counter. The owner apologized and offered us the upstairs suite. This was disappointing and a nuisance, as we had to move our things. Other than that, we were happy.

Cozy suite in Stonebridge

Stayed at Nelo’s place for a weekend and it was just as advertised. Very nice basement suite. It was clean and in a great location with access to restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Perfect place for two when staying in Saskatoon. Also Nelo was very accommodating with a last minute request and communication was great

Great location, suite with everything you need

This was a basement suite with own private entrance and parking for one car...seamless check in. Amenities were good...all you'd need for a short stay. Many restaurants and stores either within walking distance or very short drive. Queen bed was comfy. Perfect spot for our 5 night stay.

Great location, clean property BUT….

Location of the property is perfect 20-25 min from everything. Checking was a bit bumpy since our email did not have the correct code. When reaching out to the property owner they were quick and provided the correct code. Here is the BUT….. This is a basement unit! Not sure who is lives upstairs but they would come home 1:30 am or 2 am every night and walk back and forth from one end to the next, talk on the phone loud enough so that we can hear them this lasted for an hour. The second BUT they would wake up around 6:30 am shower and get ready so that means we were awaken again. Overall the unit is very clean and great location but the lack of sleep sux!!!

I booked here based on such high reviews. Unfortunately what i found wasnt close to those levels. I noticed that the most recent review was over a year ago. The property has become worn out in areas such as the carpwt in the bedroom was worn, dirty and stained. The kitchen was decent however some items were broken and in poor condition. Unfortunately the worst part for me was that the upstairs was also a rental. There was a crew of construction workers upstairs that were load. The noise feom walking was so loud that they woke me up around 6 am each day. I hadnt been aware that upstairs was another rental, if i had i likely wouldnt have booked this location. For the price i suppose its okay but for me unfortunately it didnt work out very well.

We arrived, the code did not work, he came to let us in and said we couldnt have our support dog. So we agreed that we would cancel and find alternate accommodation. He told us to call VRBO to get our money back and when VRBO called him, he would only agree to 50% refund He acted very agreeable in person but as soon as we left, he would not respond to our text messages - we never saw the suite...is there one? I have no idea, is it just a scam? Maybe

Compact but servicable

The entrance was easy, living space small but comfortable. Kitchen was fine, new fridge & microwave. Very clean. However, I found the pans were lackong. The large frying pan, completely overused & warped. The smaller pan was stained & rusty. Not set up to actually use the kitchen for cooking a real meal. The extent of ours was bacon & eggs & even that was a challenge. The location ia great though, lots of shopping or eating options within a 5 min walk, great for those who don't cook.

Would definitely stay here again!

The place was impeccably clean and well maintained. The area looked safe, and it was quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. We left the paper with the door code in the room and forgot what it was, but were able to contact the property manager and he promptly provided us with the code so we could get in. Very pleasant to deal with. If I need a place to stay in Saskatoon in the future, this will definitely be high on the list of options.

Sweet and cute little hideaway

This suite has all of the basics including dishes and cutlery to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Baseboard heaters in every area in the suite. Guests can control heating in each space for ease and comfort.
