Quality cottage for 12 people in the Ardennes campaign and near Reims. Old completely renovated farm which proposes a modern development on a 250 sqm of living space. The vast terrace opens onto the park in 2500 m².Le calm and comfort are guaranteed in this set you get large volumes of life. Six spaces beds (four bedrooms and two mezzanines) allow to limit to two the number of people per room. The beds are eight in number one position and two two-seater. The cottage has three bathrooms and three toilets.
Outside the fenced park opens up to you. There are also games for children, a ball court, a bowling alley, ping-pong, basketball hoop, a game of darts, garden furniture, two barbecues ...

Nice big house with lovely heated pool and great outdoor space. Worth noting that towels and bed sheets aren't included as standard but sheets can be requested. The furnishings are a little minimal and we had to bleed the radiators to get some more heat upstairs, but it is clean and the kitchen is pretty well equipped.

Absolutely stunning - this is an amazing gite; very spacious, clean and well presented and we had a lovely greeting and au revoir when we left from the owners who were very friendly. The pool is fantastic as is the total private large enclosed garden with plenty of activities for all ages. The Patisserie opposite is a real gem, very friendly and stocks wonderful baguettes, croissant, cream cakes etc. Situated in a very quiet and rural area, it has everything one could want. We will definitely be going again!

Lovely spacious gite

Clean bright and spacious property. Very well equipped with plenty of space for a group of 8 adults and 3 children. We had a fabulous time with all the outside facilities and enjoyed the pool together on the rainy days. There was plenty of room for eating and socialising inside and out and the furnishings were comfortable clean and tasteful. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed our morning walk across the road to the boulangerie for breakfast. Lovely touches of toilet paper, soap etc on arrival. Just as advertised. Would certainly go again.

Nous y avons séjourné à 11 ami.es afin de fêter les 30 ans de l'un d'entre nous. Le lieu nous a énormément plu. Le logement est super pour les grands groupes grâce à ses beaux volumes. Nous avons adoré les différentes activités possibles (piscine, ping pong, babyfoot etc). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très beau gite, super piscine chauffer a 28, les photos donne une vue plus petite que dans la réalité, très grand espace. Pas mal d'activités dans les environs. Je recommande +++

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. La maison est très cosy, les espaces extérieurs agréables. La piscine est une vraie plus-value. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. C’est une adresse à retenir, avec un prix abordable. Avant même de partir, nous pensions déjà à revenir ! Nous remercions les hôtes de faire de cette maison un vrai cadre de retrouvailles entre amis/famille. A bientôt Machault. Flavio

Un séjour fort reposant. Une maison très fonctionnelle avec de nombreuses occupations proposées.

Superbe gîte pour une grande famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Machault et Mr Payer nous a même permis d'arriver un peu plus tôt. Le gîte a beaucoup de charme et est parfaitement bien équipé avec du matériel performant. La belle surface habitable permet a chacun d'avoir son espace (nous étions 8) mais aussi de se réunir autour d'une immense table ou de faire des jeux le soir dans le grand salon. Le jardin a été apprécié de tous et aussi de nos 2 chiens 😊. Enfin, la piscine couverte et chauffée, ainsi que les jeux extérieurs permettent de passer de bons moments même si le soleil n'est pas au rendez-vous. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour une semaine au top!

Séjour au delà de nos attentes

Mes amis et moi avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce magnifique gîte. Il est non seulement bien équipé pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes, et en plus l'aménagement le rend convivial et les possibilités de loisirs dans le jardin tels que la pétanque, la piscine ou encore le tennis de table nous ont charmé. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Schönes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieter. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Rückgabe. Wir haben uns mit 5 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und einem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un havre de paix spacieux tout confort aux multiples activités

Nous avions loué ce gîte pour fêter les 80 ans de notre père en famille. Nous étions 12 adultes et nous pouvons vous assurer qu'il y avait largement la place pour notre famille. La salle à manger, le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les chambres sont très spacieux. Nous avons eu un temps très agréable qui nous a permis de profiter de toutes les activités à disposition (Quilles, pétanque, babyfoot, ping-pong, fléchettes, ballons) Et nos 2 chiens ont pu parcourir tout le terrain clos en toute sécurité Nous avons pu apprécier la boulangerie juste en face et la petite épicerie traiteur du village (épicier qui nous a réalisé un délicieux gâteau léger pour 12 personnes en 1 jour). Toute la famille a grandement apprécié ce superbe week-end A cela il faut ajouter l'agréable accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont de très bons conseils. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce havre de paix aux activités multiples peut-être pour un séjour plus long pour profiter de la région. Et je vous le conseille également, vous ne le regretterez pas.

très agréable séjour

très bien reçus à notre arrivée. les propriétaires sont très agréables. le gîte correspond exactement à ce que l'on attendait après avoir vu toutes les photos sur le site. un espace immense pour recevoir douze personnes sans être les uns sur les autres. jardin et jeux très appréciés par les enfants. Nous attendons maintenant la piscine qui est en construction et ainsi le gîte sera parfait. le faîte qu'il y ait une boulangerie et une supérette à proximité fait de ce gîte un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille et au calme.
