Spacious, Remodeled, in a Quiet Family Oriented Neighborhood

Casa DeSoto's has 2 king and 2 Queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 living spaces (Dining, Den, and large screened-in Sun Room. Both of the king bedrooms have smart TVs and their own private bathroom.

The Casa is located in the Woodlands edition of Ponca City, and is a very secure section of town. From the Casa, a leisurely 6 minute walk will take you to the Marland Mansion Estate and Redbud Walking Trails. It is only a 3-4 minute drive to most area area attractions.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cookware and utensils. You are welcome to use everything in the kitchen included supplied spices, coffee, tea and condiments. In addition to the plentiful cabinet space provided for you to store grocery items, you will find dinnerware, flatware, and drinking wares with service for 12.

This home has a spacious sun room with its own heat and air system. A large Storm cellar (8x10) sits below and is accessible from the sunroom. Just off of the sun room is the atrium patio, complete with a 5 burner stainless steel grill.

As you enter into the bedroom area of the home, you will find many large storage cabinets. Within them, you will find games and puzzles that are time tested favorites that you are welcome to use. Extra bedding can be found in these cabinets as well as a pack-n-play and high chair. Since we do not allow for any towels or linens to leave the property, we provide within these cabinets some beach towels for you to borrow on excursions to the Lake Ponca or Kaw Lake beaches or to any of our local swimming pools or splash pads.

The master bedroom is themed the “American Bedroom” with patriotic quilts and other décor. It is equipped with a luxurious king sized bed, smart TV, desk, chest of drawers, rocking chair, luggage carriage, and two night stands. One of the night stands contains a built in charging station with USB connectors. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a generously large built in shower and includes a hair dryer and 4 sets of towels. This bedroom has one closet for guest use and a lockable solid wood entry door.

The second bedroom is the “yellow and blue bedroom”, with quilts and wall hangings that bring you warmth from inside to out. This bedroom will be open when the booking is for 3 or more guests. This room sports an extra comfortable queen size bed includes a night stand charging station to help you stay organized.
The third bedroom is the “cream bedroom”, and it too has quilts and wall hangings for your enjoyment. This bedroom has a dresser and matching night stand and is just across the hall from the “blue bathroom”.

The blue bathroom located on the bedroom hallway is an extra large bathroom with an oversize Jacuzzi Jetted bathtub for your relaxation and enjoyment.

At the end of the bedroom hallway is the “Cowboy Suite”. The Cowboy Suite is available for bookings of 4 or more guests. The entry has a lockable solid wood door which leads to a foyer where you can continue into the bedroom or enter into a full bathroom. The cowboy suite has a comfortable king bed, smart TV, dresser, night stand and charging station, and a smart TV. The cowboy suite has access to the atrium patio and guest can take that route into the sun room and continue into the main home. This suite has 3 closets and as with all the bedroom closets, it contains a luggage carrier.

For large groups, we also provide a queen air mattress and bedding that can be used in the den or sunroom.

The owners live on a neighboring home. We are always available to resolve any issues and provide friendly information if requested.

Prior to your arrival, you will be given your own personal passcode to the front door and instructions for entry. The Casa maintains an outside security camera on the front porch and above the garage for your protection. There is no other surveillance or recording equipment on the property. We are a family friendly community, and our home is just that.
