Beach Place 406 Premium Corner Unit

Beach Place 406 is a Beach Front Corner Condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico located in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. The living room has a flat screen TV, a couch and a rocker chair. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and a TV. The master bathroom has a shower with a tub. The guest bathroom has a shower with a tub as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with a TV and a walk-in closet that leads to the guest bath. In the 3rd bedroom is one queen bed with a TV as well.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct Gulf view from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Free WiFi. No smoking inside the unit.

2 assigned parking spaces are included at no additional cost.

Perfect location

It was a great condo, very spacious, lots of windows, great views. Beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was perfect to watch the sunsets.

This condo is in a fantastic location right on the beach and across from John’s Pass so walkable to shops and eateries. Phenomenal view esp with it being a corner unit. Parking was super convenient. The condo could sleep 10 people and the beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets and closets space. Nicely updated kitchen, the unit is specious, and has comfortable furniture with a very large TV in the family room area. Only four cons which kept this from 5 stars: the dishwasher wasn’t working properly - did not get dishes clean after 3 washes, the floors was somewhat dirty - our feet and socks showed this, there were no beach towels for us to use, and there was only one 8” frying pan for a unit that can sleep 10. We bought a 12” pan and left it in the unit for others. That being said I would definitely stay here again in the future and with a few easy adjustments would be a 5 star rental.

Active place on a quiet beach

Wonderful location with a fantastic view!! Walk right out to the beach and keep an eye on family in the pool.

Location, location, location!!!

Amazing location with amazing views! Access to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants was just a minutes walk away!!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who a vacation location that has it all!!!

Perfect place for a girls trip!

Myself and 5 friends all stayed here for an extended weekend. The location was great! There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was quick and easy access to the beach and pool! It was all super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Spring break 2024

We had a great couple of days. Can’t beat the ocean view and the proximity to John’s Pass and local restaurants. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Perfect location

This place was perfect, we loved being on the corner, we could see the bridge, pool beach ect…. Being across from John’s pass was a plus. Very clean and accommodating. This place was perfect and hopefully coming back again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great size for our family & views were priceless! Perfect location for the family to walk across the street for shopping & restaurants. My only complaint was the mattresses were too firm for my taste. Other than that, it was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place - Awesome Views

The location was awesome. The views from the balcony were amazing. Very clean. Walking Distance distance to everything. We will definately be staying again

The BEST Location in Madeira

This was our 11th trip down to the Madeira Beach area and by far our favorite! Being able to walk under the bridge to Johns Pass was so convenient and watching the boats and fisherman from our condo was a joy. The condo itself was wonderful - nicely furnished, big bedrooms and nice showers. I can't say enough about this place - it had it all!

Chick Trip

6 women on a chick trip. Had a blast. Great location. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. The condo worked great for 6. Clean and kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes, etc. Nice pool but able to rent chairs on the beach too!

Fall Break

Wonderful location! Comfortable, roomy condo! Nice kitchen! We saw dolphins from the balcony every day! Loved watching the boats. So many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We will be back!

Amazing once again. Our 2nd year in a row in this condo. Location, location, location. Walking distance to everything you need. Beach, shopping, food and bars all just a couple minutes away. Condo has been perfect both years and is the only spot we would want to stay on our next trip back to Madeira Beach.

Worst experience of a lifetime....DO NOT STAY HERE! If you are considering or already made a reservation, find a way to get out of it. They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. The management is pathetic and does not respond. We had no air conditioning when the outdoor heat index was over 100 degree.

Wedding weekend

Beautiful views, and condo. Pool was nice. Elevators were very slow and at one time stopped working…and I recently had knee surgery…. So that was difficult.

Great Location

Loved the condo and location. Easy access to food locations. Couple issue's we had that are easily fixable. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. Commode in bathroom would not fill up after flushing.

Perfect location

8 of our famoly, all adults, met there for a week at Christmas & it was the perfect spot. We had the beach in front of us & tons of small shops & restaurants in back of us just across the road. . You did not have to cross the road because there was a nice walkway under the bridge that came out on top of the boardwalk. Great fresh seafood at the market or restaurants. Also deep sea fishing a stones throw away. Pool was heated. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning with my coffee.

We loved the corner unit. It had large rooms with great views of the ocean in the back and of John's Pass and drawbridge to the side. It was well furnished, clean and we loved having the washer and dryer inside the condo. We walked under the bridge to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk to keep from walking across the street. The pool was nice and the grounds were well maintained. The only "problem" we had was unlocking the door when we first arrived. We entered the code and tried turning the lock to both the right and left many times, but couldn't get it open. Unfortunately, it was 2 am, as our flight arrived late into Tampa. We called the Emergency number and got an answering machine, but were called back within a half an hour. It turns out you have to push (or pull, I can't remember which) on the door to get the deadbolt to budge. Once he explained that to us, we had no problem getting in. And even though I'm sure we woke him up, he was very nice about the whole thing.We loved that one of the two parking places assigned to us was right next to the elevator. It couldn't have been any closer! I'm sure we'll try to rent the same unit again the next time we come to Madeira Beach!

Perfect condo for a family.

We’ve stayed at Beach Place many times through different condo property managers. This room was very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach. Updated appliances and laundry were nice and clean. This room probably has some of the best views available of John’s pass and the beach! The only trade off is having windows directly above the municipal parking, which can get a little noisy at times… couldn’t tell if it was the windows or just comes with the territory. Property manager made check-in and check-out so seamless it felt like it didn’t happen, like we rolled up, parked, and walked in just like home. Overall would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

Very nice property, But —- the floors were filthy. Looked (and felt) like the cleaning staff gave the place a quick “once over.” They really need to wash the floors, not just sweep. They were filled with dirt and sand. Back slider door latch was broken ; very stiff and difficult to lock/unlock.

There were several things with Lin the condo that we had issues with and called the office but nothing was done for example: the dish washer did not work, the recliner did not stay up, the internet was on/off on Saturday, there was a hole in the front bedroom behind the door which we reported to ensure we were not charged in any kinda way. Would like to have hear a response on these issues during our stay. Nonetheless, We were with family so dispite these issues we had a great time!!!!

Family New Year Trip

Property is very nice and location is perfect. Floors were absolutely filthy. The bottom of our feet and socks were black. Stains on sheets and pillow cases. There was a storm our last night and the windows in the bedroom off the balcony are very loose (causing loud shaking noise with wind) and they leak. I sent a message about additional parking and never heard back. I also sent a message about the Wi-Fi not working and did not hear back. I ended up calling the lobby and they had us connect to another units Wi-Fi but since the Wi-Fi in our unit wasn’t working we also didn’t have cable. Normally the Wi-Fi and cable wouldn’t bother me but the weather wasn’t great and it would have been nice to have. Overall we had a nice trip. I would definitely stay here again if they fixed the windows and cleaned.
