Sandy Shores 207 Side Unit on the Beach

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is recently updated with all the comforts of home and offers scenic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This Unit has Flat screen TV's in all rooms and has a nicely equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. The master bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo.

Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

Pros- Great location! Beach area was not too crowded and could easily walk across the street to John's pass. Cons- Floors in condo were so dirty when we arrived that I called to ask for a broom and dust pan so I could clean them myself and had to leave a voicemail. Instead of calling me back or having any care whatsoever about how bad it was, I woke up the next morning to a broom and dust pan outside the front door. No response at all from management or the host/owner. Basically, they don't care- read the other reviews! Also noticed all of the good reviews are stacked but they are mostly from 2-3 years ago- the newer ones all say the same thing.Beds were super uncomfortable and the couch was disgusting- probably from all the black feet that had been on it from the dirty floors. Huge clumps of hair in the patio door track and stuck to the kitchen floor mat. The second room is off the covered hallway outside and it is so loud with everyone walking through there talking, running and kids screaming. I would stay in this area again but not at this condo.

Perfect location.

Great location, clean with plenty of parking. Pool area leads right to the beach, steps from Johns pass plenty of restaurants near by no need to drive.

We stayed for the night! It was clean, and super close to the beach. Also the communication was great through email! There also a lot of great food choices walkable distance. The pool was super clean as well! Amazing property and stay!

Nice location!

We were right across the street from John' Pass, so restaurant and shops were directly across the street. The pool was nice and clean, and the beach was too. We saw beautiful sunsets, and the manatees showed up which was super cool to see! This location is close to Treasure Island, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, as well as Downtown St. Petersburg, which has a great pier/park area.

Resort, Pool and Direct Access to Beach Very Nice. Room itself 207 needs some help. It wasn't very clean, wads of hair in the shower drains, stains on the shower curtains, etc. Kitchen not stocked for guest at all. No potholders, no baking sheets, no dish towels, etc. Fridge has a whole shelf missing reducing space to keep groceries cold.Picture online showed a K-Cup Coffee maker, nope regular pot of coffee, had to go back to the store.I would return to this resort just try a different room.

A little slice of heaven

The condo was perfect. Just as pictured. We are a family of four with 2 kiddos under 5. They loved their room and the beds were super comfortable. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The only thing additional we could have asked for were beach towels but we purchased our own while in town at Walmart for 5 each. The beach was beautiful with stunning blue water. We enjoyed the pool as well. The location could not be better with John’s pass just across the street. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the condo fell short of our expectations, one trash bag for our family of 6 for 4 days. Kitchen was meager. Miss matching pots, pans and utensils. Could use a deeper clean. Good hot water though, good peek a boo view. Laundry onsite was convenient. Overall we would stay again.

Girls Trip

One of the best trips ever taken! The condo was great with an amazing pool area. Bouns there were chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Walk right out to the beach and an comfy balcony we spent a lot of time out there. Nice, quiet and peaceful... sand could be an issue though as it was slippery on the floor

Decor was nice. Amenities were nice. Location was great … two areas not up to my standards … floors could have been cleaner upon arrival…I have used sandpaper softer then the towels. Bathroom supplies were substandard .

Great Location

The condo location was great. The amenities were perfect for our family. Place was well decorated and updated. Only negative was that the floors were very dirty. If we didn’t wear shoes, our feet became black after walking around for a couple of minutes. Kind of made sleeping in the beds feel dirty too. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

This property was right across from John's Pass- all of the amazing shops and restaurants so we walked there. We read about the fridge not being cold enough and the sandy floors but we didn't experience either of these things. The property is very well decorated and very nice. There is a pool on property which then leads right out to the ocean. The unit comes fully stocked with kitchen items and even beach chairs. We would recommend again.

Don’t pick this unit

When we checked into the unit, it had not been cleaned. I sent a message to the host as this is a private owned unit and have yet to get a response. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies and spent the night cleaning the unit ourselves, even replacing a shower liner as the previous one was pink/red with bacteria. I had to wash the sheets on the bed as there was visible sand/dirt. There was fuzzy stuff growing in the coffee filter that had not been discarded.
