"WaterWay" is a fabulous Penthouse condo retreat overlooking Lake Taneycomo. Walk to the Marina and fish or rent boats. Make it an experience and enjoy this great condo set up for your pleasure!!

The Space:
Located in Fall Creek, walking distance to the Marina and boat rentals at Fall Creek Marina is "WaterWay" condo. This two bedroom, fully equipped condo is the perfect getaway if you're looking to enjoy all the fun of Branson. Just down the road from Table Rock Lake, Moonshine beach and the runaway mountain coaster. The balcony overlooking the lake is an excellent spot to hang out with a morning coffee or afternoon beverage while watching the boats drift by. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to make up your meals and enjoy your groups company. We would love to have you as our guests, as this place was set up with your enjoyment in mind. Come stay at the "WaterWay".

2 queen size beds - One bedroom is a loft style with open concept view to the living room and has an attached bath.

Additional - Pak n play & Queen air mattress upon request.

We were very pleased with everything! The property was well maintained, clean, quiet, great view from balcony, and very close to the majority of our activities we had planned. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I really had a relaxing and enjoyable experience staying here. The property is quite, peaceful, and abounds with wildlife to view. We had fun watching the woodchucks, squirrels, geese, cranes, and woodpeckers. We enjoyed several leisurely dinners out on the balcony and closed out most of our nights out there. The condo is well stocked and very clean. The only potential drawback is the 3 flights of stairs you have to navigate to get there. The 2nd bedroom upstairs also has a long set of steps required to access it. If you can do stairs, stay here.

The property was as described. Great size for our family of four. Loved that it was 2 bathrooms. Didn’t like the light shining in the 1st floor bedroom. Not a fan of windows I cant put a curtain on and due to height, we were unable to. The bed in the downstairs room was extremely noisy due to both the mattress protector and frame. A fan would be nice in this room. We loved the space of this place and the view of the lake/river. It was a quiet area overall and not too far from the shows and shopping. The kitchen was adequate. I liked the option of a coffee pot or the Keurig. More cooking pots/pans would be helpful. There were no cookie sheets or flat pans to cook on so we had to cook directly on the rack, which could have been messy. We liked the Roku TV and family games available. The resort amenities (gym, pool, etc) were too far away for us to utilize. We had a nice stay overall.

Condo and the view was fantastic! Wish the pool was available and ready for use. The day we left it look liked it was being filled or maintenanced. Behind the couch needs to be cleaned for sure! One side of the couch doesn't work and might want to spray for Spiders. The loft Bedroom with using the box fan was perfect!!! Beds SUPER comfortable! Fantastic place to stay!!

Great location on Taneycomo.

Condo was great location and in good shape. Only issue was housekeeping. Toilets were not cleaned and had black rings around the water level in the bowl. Floors behind the couch has never been swept and was covered with dirt, Cheetos and other debris. Bedding was sufficient as well as towels and all the other amenities that were included. It was a pleasant stay and the scenery from the deck overlooking the lake was spectacular. We would stay here again.

Not clean. Needs bathroom flooring finished. bed downstairs is junk. Stained rugs upstairs. Washcloths and towels are old and should be replaced. Paint is chipped and dishwasher is ancient

Great place!

Overall the condo was very nice! The loft bed is very comfortable! There were a few areas that you could tell were more worn or stained but the place was very clean! The location was perfect, you were far enough off the strip to avoid most of the traffic.

You Get What You Pay For

The property manager was very responsive and gave us clear instructions for check in. I could tell they would be easy to reach if we needed them. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness. It was very dirty. The shower curtains themselves were stained, there was a large stain on the carpet upstairs, and the shower curtain liners were very gross looking- covered in yellowing, soap scum, and mildew especially at the bottoms. The floors were absolutely filthy, like sticky filthy. It would take a lot of mopping to get them clean, and it seems that hasn’t been done in an extremely long time, much less from the previous stay to our own booking. I used a towel to wipe up a bit of spilled water off the kitchen floor and the towel was completely black when I picked it up afterward. It made me gag. The showers themselves were clearly not cleaned at all or cleaned extremely poorly. I felt so gross having to wash myself in them, from the nasty shower curtain liner to the nasty tub and shower walls themselves. Only one two body sized bath towels were provided for the whole trip. I didn’t find any extras in any cabinets. The baseboards looked super dirty too. There was mold in the keurig water tank and it was missing the filter from the water tank. If you are going to be a short term rental property owner, you should either hire a cleaning staff or THOROUGHLY clean the property yourself between every single booking.

Nice View but Dirty

Positives: The property has a nice view of the river/lake from the 3rd floor balcony. Also a somewhat convenient location being only 20 minutes from the attractions with traffic. Negatives: The place is a bit run down and dirty. The air handler filter was completely clogged to the point that dust and debris was blowing out of the registers, affecting our allergies adversely. Everything out of reach has a thick layer of dust on it. We had to clean as soon as we arrived. Our food spoiled in the fridge. It either needs defrosting or replaced. The carpet and toilets are significantly stained, ect... Also the host never sent a response to any of our concerns at all. Any problem you have will likely go unaddressed.

Good location/needs updating

The view of Taneycomo was great and the location to Branson activities wonderful. BUT the condo needed updating. Upstairs bedroom carpet badly soiled, dishwasher old,.towels were thin and only a few available, only two thin pillows on bed and the bed had a plastic mattress pad which was extremely hot to sleep on , only a few glasses available in kitchen no wine glasses and only two tea towels and no wash cloths. No ice maker and no ice in trays when we got there. This was a nice location and size but just needs some updating, most hotel rooms are better then what we had here.

Great

Stayed 3 nights for a fishing weekend, unit was very clean, nice view and quiet neighborhood and only a few miles from the strip. I would rate this unit a 4 of 5 stars. The drawbacks i found were the 4 flights of stairs to access the room, poor lighting throughout the unit and it would've been nice to have cable tv/ local channels. I would recommend this unit, just be mindful of the few drawbacks.

Not as advertised.

No internet was available at this location and we needed the service to maximize our stay. When I called the answered "We can't control third party operations."The problem was a box that needed to be replaced other properties had internet. We then said we wanted to shorten our stay and they refused to refund any money.
