This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14437.

Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You will walk down two steps where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

    Underwhelming and overpriced

    Not a great place, and certainly not for the price. I realize Presidents Day weekend drives up the price, but we were underwhelmed. Things not there: -- A dresser in the master bedroom -- Decent cooking supplies (not even a normal-sized frying pan) -- Firewood that wasn't buried under snow (and the didn't respond to efforts to get more) We've stayed at other places in the same complex that were much better and showed a lot more care for the guests.

    Beautiful area, but less than stellar accommodations

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful grounds but the condo was just okay. It had everything we needed but just the worst quality of everything. The teflon pans were flaking and that’s not good to ingest. The dryer didn’t work. It just felt rundown and that just enough maintenance is done to rent it out.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snow Creek rental representative Maria was wonderful in helping us change condos because of inability to negotiate stairs. She is a company treasure. However,The condo needs a deep cleaning. The vertical blinds in the front do not work so it afforded us no privacy. The kitchen light fixture shined full of bugs, the carpets had not been cleaned in a long time absolutely filthy. We replaced the light bulb over the kitchen counter because it was burned out and we could not see. I don't think owner cares about the condo. Absolutely lacks soul.

    Nice but Needs attention

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was nice and spacious, however, could use some tidying up. Looks as though the carpet has not been washed for a while now. The walls are all patched throughout the entire townhome, and there were tons of dust on picture frames throughout the place. Also, we found some bad stains throughout the hallway wall. I would suggest bringing your own pots and pans. The Teflon on the pans in this condo is severely deteriorating and is definitely not healthy to cook with.

    An OK Place at Snowcreek

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the property for a family ski vacation. Property was as represented in the photos, and overall clean and mostly comfortable. (Not very comfortable seating at the dining table.) The beds were crisp but I wished for more blankets. (Used the blankets that were supposed to be for the sofa bed.) Could not get the fire to light with the logs and accelerant provided - the wood just would not burn which was disappointing. Most problematic was the kitchen items. There are very limited pots and pans, and they are non-stick but a lot of the non-stick surface is rubbed off. Two were not cleaned and had dried food inside that needed to be cleaned out. Gross. Knives, utensils, pots and pans all not good quality for somebody who wants to cook. (This is important to me.)

    Great winter getaway

    Very Disappointed

    A quite vacation

Reviewer Comments: On the check out day morning 8:30, I phoned the representative of your office asking for a later check out with a reason that we have had 5 Parent-Teacher conference meeting on the zoom before 2pm that day. The reason we changed our mind to stay later in 603 Snow Creek is that we were afraid of the poor situation of internet on our way back to home. We stayed there for 5 nights, and we are only asking for a later checkout which is normally permitted by any hotels in this world most probably, at least with our experience, we have never been refused when we had been in a situation of necessities. Yet in your accommodation, we were been refused given the circumstances that the whole resort seems like a low occupancy. Don't take me wrong that it's just not so much visitors here, so we are trying to stay longer! We had to go to some place like Starbucks to have our online meetings. Finally, we have to reschedule 2 of the meetings and did them in a different time of the that day, and one of the main meetings was for somehow reason not be connected successfully! It usually takes about 5 minutes for us to get back home from Mammoth, but that day it takes us much longer than usual. Of case we will definitely not be willing to book with Snow Creek again, actually we have booked with another accommodation for our 12/20's skiing trip! And I hope your manager who refused our request could be of some kind of customer relations repentance, not only be justified as he is carrying out some so called regulations!

    Dark, Dated and Functional

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very dated condo. Bedding good. Towels thin but adequate. Internet spotty at best. Hall bath light works intermittently. Floor lamp in LR doesn't work. Carpets in LR/DR very stained. Notes said not to touch temperature controls in fridge but all our food froze. Very dark space in LV/DR and no chairs to put outside which it is a bit brighter. No dresser in master BD to put clothes in. Hole in wall of master BR where wires/cables coming out (no cover), walls have been patched with paint that doesn't match.
