Are you looking for a comfortable Townhome for your family or group in Mammoth Lakes?

Enjoy our Townhome in the Woodlands project which is conveniently located on the Shuttle Route for the Red Line in Mammoth, which provides free shuttle service a couple of times every hour, to get to the ski area or other parts of town. Shuttle stop is right in front of the Woodlands project.

Enjoy a hot tub and pool within steps of your front door in the pool area. 42' LCD High Definition TV in Living Room with HD Channels.

Downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed. Downstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds, both downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and tub. There is another bathroom with a shower on middle level where kitchen and living room are located. Loft has a bunk bed plus 2 twin beds.

Front door has keyless entry which only requires a code for entry.

High Speed internet with Wireless Router is provided free of charge.

Place had a nice loft that slept 4 nicely. Layout was really nice and plenty of parking. Bus stop is super close so no need to move the car for ski days. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will request to stay there again!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Tracy’s condo was the perfect location for our family stay. Tracy was very responsive to questions we had and the home was a great size for two small families. The kitchen was well stocked, the location was perfect for getting to town or the mountain and we couldn’t have had a better time! The pictures truly don’t do this home justice.

Cozy Condo

Great cozy condo, not far from the slopes. Easy check-in. Host left us with plenty of firewood for the fireplace. The heaters in the condo warm up the condo real well. Beds are also very comfortable. Only complaint was there was no seasoning or condiments if you need to cook.

Thank you, we were advised to remove the seasoning and condiments because of Covid 19 in addition to the games and other items, they will return as soon as the Health Department allows it.

We needed a home that was big enough for our family and friends. This townhome has approximately 1400 square feet and is only steps away from the hot tub and pool, conveniently located on the shuttle route for easy access to other parts of town and the ski lifts.
