this has was a great house for a family golf trip! Close to the courses, plenty of space for everyone to stay! Great kitchen and grills to make food for everyone!

Amazing views and cozy atmosphere

The views were amazing - having the sauna and hot tub were a plus the house was very cool - the owner was so friendly and helpful - only downside was we were a group of adults and 2 bedrooms were more for kids but we made it work

Must stay if you’re in the area!

This property was perfect for a girls weekend. Close enough to enjoy all of the perks of Warwick while still enjoying the privacy and seclusion this property offered. We loved that the living area was spacious for everyone to hangout.

Worked great for us

We would definitely recommend this rental. The location is very convenient to a grocery store and any other things you may have forgotten. It is a great property that is very private and the condition is very good, especially for a large group. We had 16 people there for a golf trip and fit comfortably.

Great time at a beautiful home.

Beautiful views, great layout; comfortable for all. Good deal of steps, but well-built so it was manageable. Well maintained and small touches to make your away from home stay comfortable.

Great place for a group stay

We were a group of 10 adults and 6 kids and had a wonderful stay - there are some toys, the slide and swings in the back kept the kids happy, and the hot tub is wonderful. Diana was really responsive and kind - even when we accidentally set off the fire alarm when cooking. Would recommend!

Amazing house for big groups near Warwick

The house was amazing for large groups and the common space was extremely spacious. We spent the weekend in Warwick and it was extremely convenient to get to wineries, breweries and downtown! It’s also right next to a ski mountain where you can literally walk to the top and there’s an exceptional view.

Ideal location for my golf trip. House offered more than enough space to accommodate a large group of guys (10+), and owner was very responsive and nice to work with. Will definitely consider this property again for next year's outing.

The place was great! My family really enjoyed it. The house is big and spacious. They have board games and some toys for the kids which was a plus. The kids really enjoyed the swing and slide set outside. House is in a good location for a nice hike to enjoy the views.

Lovely Mountain Getaway!

Our family gathered for a birthday party for my 90 year old Mom. The property was clean and comfortable. The dining room and great room were large and perfect for us to all be together. The gourmet kitchen had everything you could need to cook a large meal, including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and a large commercial fridge. The host Diana was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic time!

We were celebrating my son's wedding at a nearby venue. I was not sure I could get there because of the hurricane in Florida. Diana was awesome - so understanding and kind! I made it! The grounds were perfect for photos prior to the ceremony. I recommend that you give this a try!

Great family house

Highly recommend! This is a great house for a family get together. The kitchen is the right size, fridge is big, and cooking space works. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside was spacious with a sitting area with fire pit to hang out outside at night. From inside the house great view of the sunset. We also used the Traeger Pellet grill to make some pulled pork for dinner. Five stars!

Fabulous accommodations

The house was beautifully laid out for our family of eight adults and four children (between the ages of six and 10 months). The kitchen appliances are amazing and made cooking our Thanksgiving meal a breeze. There are lots of stairs, but we managed fine. There’s a beautiful Fireplace in the living room that we used daily. The infrared sauna and hot tub also were available. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Above excellent, except for one thing

This was a perfect house for a girl's weekend. We loved the spacious kitchen, hot tub, many bedrooms. Ample parking space. Tons of bathrooms. This place was perfect! Diana was super responsive before we arrived and helped me with all my questions. Unfortunately, we did find dirty socks in one of the beds, which left us questioning the cleaning process and it's hefty fee. I tried to address this with the host but was not ever responded to regarding the matter, which was very disappointing.

Family weekend

We rented this property to get our extended family together for a long weekend. The Highland Lakes home was perfect! We had plenty of room for all 15 of us. The kids loved the game room with pool and ping pong tables. The kitchen was amazingly equipped for preparing our meals with a huge island that we often sat around. The views from the property are beautiful. We we’re very comfortable and made some great family memories here!

Beautiful and spacious mountain retreat

We came out to have a ‘home’ for a weekend for our *soon to be* uniting families and this space was just perfect. My fiancé and I came to nj to introduce our families and have a space to get to know each other and spend time with our family members, and there was so many spaces to sleep and so many activities we all where so comfortable and happy, and it was a large group of us. Diana was very responsive with any questions or concerns and a gracious hostess, so thanks to you as well. Would definitely consider staying again for future gatherings!

My family stayed in this spacious and sublimely decorated home at the invitation of my sister, Kim. As you enter down a humble driveway, the magnitude of its beauty is only realized when you are beyond the driveway and in the house. The sheer location of the home allowed every guest to awaken to the timeless beauty of the natural grounds and panoramic views. The guest host Diana took every measure of care to meet her guest's expectations and went above and beyond to make our experience as memorable as possible. The house is artistically decorated, clean, and supplied with state-of-the-art appliances and “fun” activities. Our stay was extraordinary, and I would love to visit again!

A Home with a Scenic View from All Sides

This property gives you a sense of security and privacy. If you love the sounds of mother nature in the evenings while sitting at the pit enjoying an ever lasting burning flame that does not require lumber and waking up to more of mother natures beauty from what appears to be at the top of a mountain, you would love this property..

Family Vacation with our kids and grandkids

The house was perfect and comfortably slept 14 of us. The main living area was large and we could all gather there. It is a very private setting with beautiful sunsets a short walk from the house. The owner was extremely accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
