Sunset Palms 1 is a spacious, multi-level, three-bedroom, two and a half-bath townhouse with a ground level den and two-car garage in downtown South Beach Ocean City. Located on the bay side of 7th Street, it''s a quick walk to the OC boardwalk, inlet and expansive downtown beach. It is also close to a variety of restaurants and shops in both downtown Ocean City and West Ocean City, and just a fifteen-minute drive to Assateague Island! This well-cared for town home with hardwood floors and numerous windows (allowing for plentiful natural light) is ideal for a week''s stay. The second level open-floor plan allows for easy conversation between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast island with bar stools. This level also has a convenient half-bath and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Two decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors avail you of extra space to relax outdoors in the mornings and evenings, plus a peek at the bay and sunset hues. The owner provides smart TVs in the den, living area and primary bedroom, plus high-speed internet to keep you connected while vacationing. Accommodating up to ten guests, the ground level has two twin beds, and a full-size bed and the third level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The main suite includes 1 king size bed, private balcony, and attached full bath. The additional two bedrooms on the third floor each have a queen bed with access to a shared full-size hall bathroom. Note the fireplace is not for guests'' use. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the townhouse on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
