Classic Palm Beach family home spread over two stories with an internal staircase. The upper level has a bright , sunny open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and bedrooms with polished timber floors throughout , flowing onto a covered front deck with 180 ocean views. The dining area also leads through bifold glass doors onto an extensive rear entertaining deck and level private sun drenched lawn and garden. The lower level is a perfect teenager retreat with two bedrooms, family room, bathroom and kitchen alcove leading onto a private , sandstone patio. The home has undercover parking for 3 cars.

We recently retired and made the lifestyle choice to move to Palm Beach . We love living on the northern peninsular close to the beautiful beaches and the Pittwater area for swimming, sailing, surfing and cycling.

Why they chose this property

We love our Classic Palm Beach house with the East and North ocean panorama . We have cooling sea breezes in the afternoon and sunlight and warmth all year round.

What makes this property unique

The house has full length windows and doors taking full advantage of the ocean views to the east and garden setting to the west . There is also an extensive deck along the front and the rear of the house where you can sit and enjoy the view and the afternoon sea breezes .
