Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Where is the overflow parking in ChampionsGate Resort?
If your party has more vehicles than will fit in the driveway of the home, you can park them in the Oasis Club parking lot.

ChampionsGate Resort Amenities: The Oasis Clubhouse (The Grille, exercise room, arcade, movie theater and meeting rooms) And Water Park (swimming pool, splash pool, lazy river, volleyball courts, and picnic areas) are FREE to use. There are also air conditioned poolside cabanas that you can rent.
The ChampionsGate golf course and tennis courts are also available.

A beautiful, spacious villa with everything you need. The beds are SO comfy, and the cinema room and games room were a big hit with the kids.Clean, and well presented. This is a great house to stay in for an extended family get vacation. The house is clean with lots of room to spread out in. The pool and outside area are great for hanging out.

Overall stay was pleasant. There were some small hiccups but were resolved quickly by the owner. Biggest issue we had was we paid for the pool to be heated and the first day it was not. We alerted the property manager but they kept assuring us it was enabled. After following up, someone came out and turned it on

This is our second time staying here and this time was just as great as the first time. The house was clean, beautifully maintained and so much fun! The best part is the communication with homeowner. We loved the location and size of the home. The property management was prompt and easy to work with when having any issues and the owner/host was also kind and helpful. Pool was super fun and having the community water park near by was an added bonus for our grand kids. Upgrades in mattresses and bedding would be nice.

Awesome Birthday Celebration

House was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone .The grandkids loved the pool and everyone loved the theatre room .Check in was a breeze , and property management always answered emails and questions quickly . Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby , and the Oasis club was beautiful !!

Perfect for our family

Our kids loved the pool and all of the upstairs games. The theater room was also a hit… and served as a “sound muffling“ room for the kids to hang out in while the grown-ups slept in each morning. The clubhouse pool was an awesome bonus.

Perfect family getaway

This property was great for my large family. It had something to do for all ages. The pool, game room and theater were a big hit. There was plenty of room for everyone. The check in and check out process was very easy. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home

The house was very spacious we enjoyed the movie theater, the house was very clean. The only thing was the pool heater was on in the middle of June, we were not able to enjoy the pool in our stay. They could not come then it off due to the holiday. Other than that the house was beautiful.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. The problems were the pool was not heated and the hot tub did not work, so we used it as a kiddie pool for the babies. Hopefully we get refunded the 200 I paid for it. The water line in the fridge didn't work, so we had to buy lots of bottled water and ice. And the A/C in the theater room didn't work, so it was hot to watch any movies or TV in there. It stayed 81 degrees in there the whole week. The side of the Moana bed was broken, so the 8 year old just had to be careful. Other than that it was great fun!

The hosts are great; responsive to all emails and efforts to followup as needed on items that needed attention in the house. The house itself is a very nice structure with a good location and workable layout, including game area, movie room and adorably decorated bunk bed style room. The family room is spacious as is the dining table, making the house work well for our large group. The pool and hot tub were also great, once the maintenance company had to be called to turn it on. The issues with the house are maintenance and upkeep. The dishwasher rack was in disrepair; the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker didn’t work; a panel fell off the front of a kitchen drawer; a dining chair wasn’t sturdy; toilet valves/ flushed handles weren’t tight; and the way the house was stocked was below standards for the price we paid of 500/day after adding VRBO fees (tiny bars of soap and squeeze tubes of shampoo, low quality toilet paper and paper towels; initial supply of two garbage bags for a 4 night stay, no sponges or liquid dishwashing soap, no dishwasher pods, no washing machine soap/pods). In short, the house needs a major upgrade in terms of how it is maintained with a property manager that pays attention to the details, not letting the house fall into disrepair.
